Overall a very pleasant stay
Clean and roomy with convenient parking and terrific views from the living room. Decor was thoughtful and appealing. Bathrooms were nice with plentiful hot water and very good water pressure for showers. Microwave was nice and powerful. We appreciated the condiments and supplies left behind by previous guests. The couches looked good, smelled clean and were comfortable. The mattresses allowed a good night's rest though the MBR mattress felt quite worn on the nearest side. The electrical outlets in both bathrooms did not work which was very inconvenient. The Internet was good until the early evenings (6pm-9pm) when it would slow to a crawl and become unusable which also greatly impacted the TV watching because the Roku devices are Internet dependent. Keep in mind that this is a second-floor property with outside stairs for access. The property owner is very responsive and was receptive to our recommendations. We would happily stay here again assuming the electrical outlets and Internet are fixed.

Sadly not a good stay
This review is very similar to a couple of the other reviews. I stay at VRBOs a few times a year and this is the first experience where I gave anything lower than 5 stars. As a previous reviewer stated, I had no idea there were so many stairs to enter the house. It was the upstairs unit of a 2 story condo. The picture on VRBO made it look like a ground floor unit. We arrived around 8pm. I was immediately shocked when I opened the refrigerator and found it full of someone else's food. There were open packages of half eaten food, half full bottles of orange juice (1 drink left), old stale bread, a bottle of vodka, a bottle of margaritas, etc. The freezer was also full of opened packaged food. There was what looked like a gift basket on the counter full of chips, candy, coffee, crackers, etc. However everything in it was already opened and half eaten. I texted the property manager and her reply was "I'm aware of whats in the fridge, thank you. You don't have to concern yourself with the food. If you want to eat it, you can. If not, just leave it." The worst part of this place were the beds. They felt like half inflated air mattresses. The bottom fitted sheet was too small and had no chance of staying on through the night. I also felt like the place had hidden microphones and/or cameras. I tipped over a glass and was accused of breaking a glass after I checked out. I also got a text from her telling me to not to slam the door. It just felt weird.

Cleanliness was great, but the beds were the worst
I called the manager of the place and asked if there were more pictures. I was told there weren't, just the ones on the site. So it came down to an error of omissions, I never got to see actual pictures of what the bedrooms were like. The mattresses were plastic covered, the sheets and pillows look like they came from the dollar store. And there were no dressers or side tables to put your stuff on. The only electrical outlet in both bathrooms was not working. If I had seen and understood that the stairs shown in the picture are actually leading up to where you're going to stay, 16 stairs, that would be another No-No for me. The basic kitchen setup is such that the utensils, plates etc are pretty small and cheap. Refrigerator and cabinets had other people's leftover food in them. They are using a Roku TV system which basically requires you to bring all your passwords to use. We could never get local news on the system. I have to admit that I was on the go the entire time and we just bit the bullet and stayed there. If we were in a little bit more of a relaxed mode and hadn't prepaid, I would have been out of there the first night. Again the place was very clean when we got there. If you are still considering this place make sure you get to see what the bedrooms look like in advance.

My husband was visiting a friend in AZ with 2 other friends from OR. We received 3 additional charges to add the friend in AZ to stay at the location amounting to 110.00 extra dollars. Seems like a lot to add someone who brought their own sheets and blow up mattress. Also we were charged for him before we even knew he would be staying. My husband felt like they were being watched the whole time. Creepy!! Would never book here again!

Stayed to go to NASCAR and then upto Sedona. Super convenient for both. Local brew pub for dinner made this rental a great choice.

It was great to have a new, clean place that was close to the hospital as that was our purpose for being in town. It was comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed the extra touches with snacks and plenty of other supplies. Thank you!
