Early Check-in/ Late Check-out
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is no later than 10:00 am. If we can accommodate earlier check-in or check-out times we will do so. Our goal is to provide early check-in options whenever possible. Kindly inform us of your preferred check-in time, and we will make a note of it in your reservation. As your check-in date approaches, please contact us to confirm whether we can accommodate your request. Please be aware an additional fee for an early check-in may apply.

Does the house have a BBQ and an outside eating area?
Located outside the kitchen there is a gas BBQ available for your use. There is also an outside eating area available for your use.

Can we have parties?
Guest Count must be accurate contractually. Only registered guests on the AIRBNB application are permitted. No unregistered guests or overnight guests are permitted. If guests are found to be hosting a party without the permission of the host, additional cleaning charges will be charged to the guest, and in the unfortunate event of the disruption alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Is there a fire pit available for use?
Yes, there is a fire pit available for use on the patio.

Is the property located on a golf course?
Please note the home is located on a golf course. While our guests enjoy the views or watch the golfers, please be aware that a golfer may occasionally hit an errant ball onto our property. Please note we are not responsible for any injuries or damages inflicted by a golfer.

Where is parking permitted?
Parking is only allowed in the garage and the driveway. Maximum of 4 cars. For evenings between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., we ask that you park on the driveway or in the garage. Street parking is not permitted after 2:00 a.m. Citations are issued for overnight parking by the Country Club.

Is there a noise ordinance?
Yes, the City of Indio has a noise ordinance in effect from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday. In addition, all guests must be mindful of the surrounding neighbors as some are permanent residents. The noise level during the day must be kept to a minimum. If you are found to violate the noise ordinance you will receive a warning and your deposit will be forfeited.

Pool/Spa Heating
During the winter months, the pool runs approx. 60 degrees. Pool heating is available to 84 degrees for an additional $75/day. If you would like the pool heated (10:00 am to 5:00 pm), please let us know in advance as it takes longer in the winter to heat. The spa can be heated at no cost for your enjoyment. Pool towels are provided.
