Upstairs There is a bedroom with a king size bed with a TV and a Nestucca River and Mountain views. On the same upper level there’s a bedroom with a Queen Bed and Balcony that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
Downstairs boasts a fully stocked kitchen for 4 includes a package of coffee for each day stay along with hot tea

Outside patio has a wood burning fire pit with a small bundle of wood included
Walk south to Bob Straub Park and keep going to where the Nestucca River meets the ocean or head north towards the picturesque Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock. From our backyard to the Pelican it’s a 25 minute walk away!
There is so much to explore along Pacific City's beautiful coastline including beach combing, whale watching and horseback riding. Bring your kayak to launch into the Nestucca River the boat launch is located 2 minutes from our home.
Relax on our balcony or back patio and take in the breathtaking views and amazing sunsets.
This property is about peace and quiet
There are outdoor security surveillance cameras for everyone's safety
The front courtyard is very private and secure. There is a sliding gate that ensures the courtyard is private and safe when closed to store your toys and bikes
