Excellent little home away from home

My boyfriend and I have been staying here whilst working in the area on travel positions and we’ve loved it— the basement area is quiet, the temperature is perfect, and the decor is pretty. The microwave and keurig have been nice and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We’ve loved our stay :)

Fights and Landlord Excessive Noise at Night

The place is clean organized and well-located, just perfect. However, the landlord had a fight at the upper level, and I could hear how a male person screaming and banging something (wall or table) clearly in the basement. I almost did an early checkout and left. At night I could hear their TV (volume too high) pas 11:00 PM. It was challenging to go to sleep hearing that loud TV. I like the place however, I will avoid renting their basement again.
