Please note: This home will sleep a maximum of 8 people. Sleeping for up 6 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN under the age of 12. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

From the upper level sitting room is access to the covered balcony deck.
The lower level features an entertainment center with Cable Television, DVD/VHS player, a card table, and a pullout sofa.
A full bath with step-in shower is at the lower level as well as the home's washer and dryer.
The Master bedroom is on the second level and has a king sized bed with French doors leading to the covered balcony deck.
Master bathroom with 2 back to back vanities, step in shower, and tub.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and access to hall bathroom.
The 1st bedroom features a queen bed and has access to the hall bathroom
The hall bath shared by the first and second bedroom has a step-in shower.
The garage features a ping-pong table.
The home has reverse osmosis drinking water and a soft water system.
