Easy Convenient and Comfortable
I stayed with a team of co workers for 6 weeks. The house was great. Location is great and Alan was helpful with every little thing we needed while staying there. We will definitely be back to this one for our next Bastrop project.

Great location to conference center and market
Some constructive suggestions. The beds in the kid's room were very hard for use by an adult. The towel hook in the 2nd bath needs to be better secured. The AC unit was rather noisy. Would have liked to know what the back yard looked like. The items in the kitchen cabinets, dishes and condiments, were minimal but we made it work. Nice floor plan layout.

This school was built in 2023, located in The Colony HOA, a popular new build community just 10 minutes away. For Children attending Bastrop Middle or Bastrop Intermediate school, both schools are within 5 minutes walking distance to this home.
