Oaken Hill - Cottonwood Properties

Come take in some fresh mountain air! One of Black Mountain's coziest vacation rentals! This home includes 3 spacious bedrooms for you and your guests to enjoy, as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs! This stunning home is newly remodeled, cozy, and located less than two mile from beautiful downtown Black Mountain. Relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit in the large back yard.

Our backyard fence was damaged recently and we are in the process of repairing it. If you require a fully-fenced yard for pets or children, we cannot offer that at this time.

This home is Pet Friendly and perfect for your furry friends, should you choose to bring a pet there will be a $75 pet fee added to your reservation, with $35 for each additional pet. We advertise on multiple platforms and sometimes our pet fee does not populate in your reservation. If you decide to bring a pet, please notify the host, we will add your $75 pet fee to your reservation. Failure to notify us of the pet will result in a $250 penalty.

Great house, great location

The house is very nice and in a safe, comfortable neighborhood. Interior of the home is nicer than it would appear from the outside. Communication with the property manager was very good. Would rent again.

Peaceful and clean

The house was extremely clean and comfortable, large enough to accommodate our family with space to spare. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware to make dinner. Loved that we were able to bring our fur baby. My fiancé participated in the Asheville Marathon so having the hot tub was a huge bonus for him after his race. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Oaken Hill

The property is in a great location. Close to Asheville and to downtown Black Mountain. The home is very nicely decorated and the kitchen amenities were plentiful. The beds were very comfy also. Would definitely recommend to anyone that has a small group or a family trip in the future. Melissa H.
