FedExForum is 0.2 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Memphis International Airport, 10 miles (15 min ride) from the property.
Getting Around:
| Parking | The home has a 2 car garage. Our guests are welcome to park up to two cars inside. For additional vehicles, feel free to use the street parking (though it is limited, especially during events at the FedexForum), but please keep in mind that it is at your own discretion and we cannot be held responsible for any damages or incidents that may occur. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, so please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
| Transportation From/To MEM Airport |
The best way to reach the apartment is using a cab, or Uber. Should you choose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. The estimated cost for each brand of Uber varies but starts at approximately $25.
Other Things to Note:
| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking the same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.
| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
