Great home but….
Let me start off by saying the management team is AMAZING!!!! They helped me as much as they could. The house is beautiful and in a great area. Absolutely loved the house. We chose this house for the heated pool. The first day the pool was turned off. The pool guy came over to turn it back on and turn the heat on. The pool shut off at 5pm and got ice cold again. Normally this wouldn’t be bad, however, it was December, cold, and windy. I contacted management team and they came over right away to fix the issue. But again, the pool got cold. I would check the temp on the pool and it kept being changed by the owner. Unfortunately, the management team does not have control of the app used to maintain the pool. Finally on the last day we were Atleast able to have the heat switched to the hot tub and could use that for a few hours. Extremely disappointed in the non heated pool. Again, nothing the management team could control. I wish the owner cared a little more about it. We spent good money for that reason. Also, had a camera on the back deck that seemed a little odd. Management ensure me he had it turned off on his phone (we covered it with a towel) and a camera in the garage. I know it’s for safety but the ladies didn’t like feeling as though he may be watching at any given moment. Appliances were top notch but too smart for me. Luckily we found the owners manuals. Management gets 5 stars. Owner gets 2 stars
