ROOM ONLY!!!! Safe, family oriented neighborhood.
This is a LIVED in home. This is not your typical VRBO, as I live in the home and am only renting out the additional room. Very quiet neighborhood. You have all the amenities of a home, including fully stocked kitchen (including spices and staples), full-size washer and dryer, private bathroom, hot tub, and more. There are two dogs that live here, they are VERY friendly, so please be aware before booking.
