Our 2 bed 2 bath condo overlooking the bay is perfect for your next beach vacation. We have all new furniture, freshly painted walls, and new LVT flooring (no carpet). Enjoy your morning coffee lounging on our large private balcony with a stunning view of Perdido Pass. Plus, stay active with an onsite fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub, and outdoor grills for family cookouts.
Just 10 minutes to the pristine beaches and white sand of the Gulf! Want to skip the beach road traffic? Phoenix on the Bay 2 has everything your family needs. Relax in the lazy river, soak up the sun on the private beach by the bay, or take the kids to splash in the gated kiddie pool. Canal Road has great local restaurants, shopping, and The Wharf nearby.
Park on the 4th floor of the parking garage for easy access to our unit. There is also an elevator to the first floor. On-site security is available 24/7, and keyless entry ensures a hassle-free check-in process.

Why they chose this property
We love being at the beach! But we don't love the beach road traffic in summer. Canal Road is perfect for us. We can beach in the morning, lunch at Avenue Pub or OSO, siesta, then lazy river until dinnertime.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with Phoenix on the Bay II as soon as we walked in. You can't beat the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pools. What set it apart from the other properties for us is that it's clean, well-kept and quieter than many other vacation resorts. There are more residents than rentals, which we love. Just keep that in mind when booking--this is a family- or couple-oriented condo, not a party property.
