Remodeled Condo in 55+ complex, heated pool, close to beaches and Jetty Park to watch rocket launches and ships coming and going. The beach and surrounding area is less crowded than your typical Cocoa Beach location but still within short distance to many great locations. In addition to fun activities, there are numerous fabulous restaurants in the area. Fully furnished kitchen, beach items, beach towels, coolers, games. Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the patio that always has a nice ocean breeze. Plenty of great restaurants and many places for fishing.
