New build coastal style 3BR Pool home minutes from world class beaches, dining and shopping. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, spacious dining, and living areas and secluded heated pool in a privacy fence landscaped backyard. The covered lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and sink. This exceptional beach home is located on a quiet residential street in Naples Park, close to the acclaimed Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins state park, and the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort.

The fully stocked and updated kitchen with counter bar stools and everything you need to make a fabulous family meal. The open dining room comfortably seats six and the living area has a smart flat screen tv and ample seating. The home has central AC and ceiling fans throughout. The primary bedroom has a king bed with flat screen tv, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The two guest rooms contain queen beds (with shared separate bathroom). the home is fully stocked with towels and linens, and a utility room with full size washer and dryer. Garage contains two cruiser bikes, beach chairs and umbrella to take full advantage of the wonderful beaches.

The home is just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and the Mercato Shopping Center with casual and upscale restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping, movie theater and Whole Foods. Also close by The Pavilion with more restaurants, movie theater, bike rentals, fitness center, ice cream, as well as Publix grocery stores. Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort, The Turtle Club, Buzz's Lighthouse all in the beach area. Lighted public park close by with Tennis, Basketball and Racquetball courts.

Gem in Naples Park

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this very clean and well stocked home in a quiet area of Naples Park. The house was well appointed and the kitchen was updated with a large granite counter and newer refrigerator and appliances. The 3 bedrooms were in great condition. The master is large and had a view of the pool. The bathroom is large and the shower area was very nice. The second bathroom was roomy and clean. The location of the home is about a 25 minute walk and less than a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. The screened in pool is heated and very clean. The paver area around the pool was a great place to hang out as well as nicely secluded. Our host JT was very professional and was available to answer any questions we had in a timely matter. JT was very helpful from the start of our stay until the day we left. Well done!

Been going to Naples for over 15 years and this was the worst booking. Add said newer home and pictures seemed like but not a reality. The house is not set up as a full time VBRO, counter had crumbs, spider webs in the main bedroom, microwave dirty. appliances were 25 years old and rusted some kitchen platers and cutting boards were very used . 2 bikes were for kids, beach chairs were not for adults and all rusted. bbq grill was at least 15 years old, rusted, but managed to use it. I think the owners decided to move back north and wanted some quick income. The house looked a couple of years old on the outside and inside, pool was clean and probably the most updated item on the property. could not get TV to work owner blamed cable company, the hot water tank could only allow one person at a time to shower and the other had to wait, complained several times and plumber came out and said tank has never been serviced and needed repairs, owner declined that day while we took clod showers and decided a day later to hire someone else.This was scheduled for thursday and we declined because we did not want to be without water all-day. we left a day early and asked for an adjustment but the booking agent stopped answering text messages. Next time I'll make sure to read more of the reviews.I usually dont post any comments but I feel others should know and I'll probably get a bad review from them but I do not feel I received was the add was and what I paid for.
