In the heart of Princeville, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo includes new stainless steel appliances, A/C, covered lanai with fantastic pool and mountain views. This unique unit also offers an attached garage, and steps to the pool and fully equipped fitness center.

Fun but comfortable furniture. New decor, dishes, high quality towels and sheets. All the luxuries of a hotel with the amenities of a home. Living room area has a flatscreen tv, , DVD player and movie collection for your use. Dining area has capiz shell chandelier, and a beautiful rattan table with seating for 4-6. MB has a Tommy Bahama King bed with new $10K mattress, flatscreen TV, view of mountains, and a large master bath. The master bath includes a large soaking tub and shower.. BR 2 has a flatscreen t.v with a king bed and private bath. BR 3 has a queen bed, with an adjacent bath. All rooms have ceiling fans in addition to central A/C. Additionally, this condo offers plenty of large windows and four sliding glass doors to feel the island breeze. Steps from our lanai you have access to BBQ, waterfall pool and jacuzzi. We offer lots of toys in the garage, including four adult beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, chairs and umbrellas. Parking is adjacent to the building.

Walk to the Princeville Shopping Center for restaurants, coffee, shopping, farmers markets, and live music. Stroll along the scenic Ka Haku Road and take in majestic mountain, golf course and ocean views.

A golfer's paradise, this complex is across the street from the newly redesigned 45-hole PGA Championship 'Makai' Golf Course, and within minutes of the Prince Golf Course, the No. 1 rated golf course in Hawaii by Golf Digest Magazine.

For adventure seekers, Princeville is located minutes to what some consider 'the best beaches in the world'. Hanalei Bay, Sea Lodge Beach, Hideaways, Queens Bath, Anini Beach just to name a few. The sprawling 'Princeville Ranch is minutes away which offers zipline tours, horseback riding and kayaking. Minutes up the road, is Ke'e beach which is the gateway to the pristine Napali Coast.

Great Location

Rental property is as described and would recommend to anyone who enjoys a great veranda in the morning for coffee. We loved it! So relaxing and welcoming. Our Grand-daughters enjoyed the pool after a day if sightseeing.

Kauai paradise

Better than advertised! Great location … near beaches, Restaurants, golf and Hanalei is only a short 5-8 minutes away…Highly recommend Hanelei Charters for boat cruise of the Napali Coast! Cost of Laurie’s condo was reasonable and well worth it! Sorry we didn’t stay longer!

Trip with Mom

Brought my elderly mother for a trip to Kauai. She has visited many time over the years, but has always stayed in Kapaa. The condo met our needs of separate rooms and bathrooms along with the lovely Lanai to hang out for coffee in the morning and snacks in the evening. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Would stay here again if the occasion arises.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurie's place- even thoigh there were six of us the condo felt spacious and very comfortable with the beautiful Tommy Bahama furniture etc. Laurie is an excellent host who responded promptly to all of our questions. The Plantation condos are in a great location and the pool/jacuzzi/gym were awesome. Thank you, Laurie!

Great condo in Princeville

Clean well appointed condo in quiet part of Princeville. Excellent communication from owner, well stocked kitchen, everything needed for great stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided, big bonus.

Magical Family Adventure

Our Family of five (Adults ages 31 - 66) had a Vacation of a lifetime! It was all possible because we found a homebase that met all of our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us to share meals, games, and dancing. Whether we were planning the next day or relaxing by the beautiful pool, space was never an issue; there was also plenty of room for us to each have alone time when needed. The Condo was exactly as promised, and Laurie was quick to answer all questions, prior to and during our stay. Even better, our Hostess was generous with suggestions on everything! We were so comfortable in this beautiful Property that we all referred to it as "Home" by day two! TY so much Laura! With your help, kindness and knowledge, this trip was honestly my Dream Come True!

Wonderful location and view.

Laura was an excellent host. Entry into the condo was easy and she had spices in the kitchen for basic cooking. Several good quality fans were available for those that like fan noise or need a little extra cooling power. The patio was our favorite part! Great place to chill and relax. Laura provided excellent instructions and information in her arrival packet. It helped us a ton to find the best local restaurants quickly. And beach locations. Washer dryer handy. Decor was cute and also comfortable. Beds comfortable and nice to have 2 King choices and one queen for adults.(instead of twins that you find often) Would absolutely stay here again and hope to stay longer in the future! Kudos to an excellent VRBO host.

Amazing Property!!!

The property was just as described, perfect for adults on vacation. The extras in the garage were awesome and we really appreciated being able to sure the boogie boards and bikes. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we need. Overall we loved the place and would stay there again. Only note: don't turn off the ac because it will make the rooms warm at night and we never got them very cold again. The rest of the rooms were perfect temperatures.

Beautiful , clean and well equipped unit. Property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Our family enjoyed the lawn chairs and bikes. Property owner provided wonderful info on nearby activities and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Convenient Location

The property is in a nice location. I have been to the island before and this was very different than other places. We had a little trouble finding the specific unit but drove around enough until we found it. The unit itself suited our needs. We had a crawling baby so we noticed things left by previous guests on the floors that had been missed in cleaning, but we just kept a closer eye out. My only real issue was that it felt frustrating to communicate with the property owner. In my initial inquiry I had asked a question that didn’t have a response. Then shortly before the reservation I asked about an issue brought up in a previous negative review just to see if it had been resolved (it was about the a/c not working - it did, there’s just a hot bedroom with fans - no big deal). I had an immediate response explaining the situation and defending against a difficult guest. I rented a crib from a service on the island (Note - the unit has a portable crib. Had she responded I would have known that.). After arriving, I was contacted about getting it out by a certain time. I contacted the rental company and found out she had also made it very clear to them. I contacted the property owner again to let her know that they took her own instructions and would have it out, I didn’t get a response and never heard from her again. It just felt like she only responds when it suits her. Not a huge deal, just felt a bit off putting.

A Great Place to Stay

The property is in a great location. We were very comfortable even though one of the bedrooms does not have A/C. We enjoyed our stay & used the hot tub/pool several times. The host was easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

Comforts of home

Accommodations in condo were good. A bit dated, but nice. Only disappointment, was one bedroom had no AC. There were fans for room, but felt like hot air. We made the best of it! Patio needed fitted cushions for dining chairs, would have been nice. Overall, comfortable condo for a family. We loved the beds, very comfortable! We loved the pool & jacuzzi! Laura was wonderful, excellent communicator!

This property exceeded my expectations ! Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sitting on the beautiful lanai overlooking the pool was a great way to start and end each day. We used the bikes provided for evening rides around the golf course and to Princeville Center. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kauai.

Comfortable stay in Princeville

Laura’s place was a comfy and clean place to come back to after our active days in Kauai. The kitchen and garage had many amenities and gear needed for cooking and taking with us for a day at the beach. Also the beds and couch were very comfy (very important to me). Princeville/Hanalei are some of our favorite places in all the islands we’ve been to and we’d love to come back.

We live in San Diego and have three children ranging from high school to law school. Laurie was born and raised in San Diego while Doug grew up in West Virginia. Our children spend a lot of time on soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and softball fields and we spend a lot of time enjoying their games. It's very hard for our family to get out of town, and our vacation time is precious. We have traveled many places with our family, but after traveling to Kauai, we were taken by the island's pristine beaches, canopy trees, secluded hikes, exhilerating zipline tours, and majestic mountain and ocean views. After staying in Princeville one time, we decided this is the most magical place on earth and are so fortunate to now own a place here.

Why they chose this property

Our family loves Kauai. Princeville is the most beautiful location on the island. Endless rainbows, secluded beaches, unlike home. Ke'e Beach and Hanalei Bay are close by as is the beginning of the famed Napali Coast trail. Princeville Ranch with its kayak and zipline tours, horseback riding and hikes is within a mile. Kauai proved to be everything we wanted in a family vacation and a place we can return to every year.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is both beautiful, comfortable and kid friendly. The view from the lanai is picturesque. Have beautiful views of the pool, mountains and a sunset glow. You can see morning waterfalls on the mountains. From the second bedroom windows, you hear the sounds of the waterfall.
