The Space:
Outside: Enjoy nearly an acre of property with 150 feet of shoreline, including a sandy beach for kids and adults; a rare find on the Lake! Kayaks for all ages and an oversized dock with both covered and open areas ensure that your days are filled with swimming, boating, and fishing; or perhaps napping in the hammock, reading, playing yard games or anything you choose. Bringing your boat? Dock it in the protected cove adjacent to a "no wake zone;" the dock will accommodate up to 28 feet. Interested in renting a boat? We can connect you with nearby companies (please see additional notes), and most will deliver the boat right to the dock. Driving a Tesla or electric car? We even have a charging station off our driveway.

Inside: When entering the front door you will find yourself on the upper level with a large living room, eat-in kitchen, dining & family rooms, and a staircase to the lower level - all with fantastic Lake views. The left wing has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and full bathroom, and the other with a queen bed and full bathroom. The right wing also has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower. Both wings have privacy doors, separating the sleeping areas from the rest of the house. Off the kitchen and family room is a deck with a dining area and gas grill, just steps to the yard and lake.

Descending down the beautiful, windowed staircase, you enter the lower level; another full living area with a complete view of the lake and walk-out to the patio, yard and lake. This level includes another living room with a TV and games, kitchenette, additional laundry area, a full bath with tub/shower, and a sleeping area with 2 queen beds.

Guest Access:
The Main floor and Lower Level can be accessed
separately by doors to each.

The Neighborhood:
House has a circular driveway and is located on a cul-de-sac. Feel free to bring bikes and scooters for the kids! We are located close to Mooresville shopping, dining, and plenty of grocery stores.

Other Things to Note:
If you wish to enjoy a romantic boat ride or would like to fish, tube or waterski, CS Boat Rentals | Lake Norman Jet Ski Rentals is 30 minutes away from the house. It opens at 10am and closes at 5pm. Food shopping and restaurants areas are also quite close - about 2 miles away.
