We take deep pride in our ability to provide 5-star cleanliness. First & foremost… we want you to have a safe, clean, and comfortable stay. That being said, Scammers Beware: We take pictures before, during, and after EVERY cleaning, so we have photo evidence of a 5-star cleanliness standard. Any attempts to scam & get a refund with fake cleanliness issues will be proven wrong with photo evidence, and reported to airbnb immediately. Please understand that quality and integrity are the foundation of our company, and any attempts to wrongly slander that reputation will be met with swift and strict action.

The four bedrooms and three bathrooms have been crafted with impeccable attention to detail, making it the perfect space for big families or large groups.
Is that a cloud you are sleeping on? Close…the king-size bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable, it's like sleeping on air. The en suite master bathroom is so spacious and luxurious, you'll feel like you've checked into a five-star hotel. The second bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed fit for a queen, and an en suite bathroom that's equally as impressive. Each of the remaining bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with queen & trundle beds to host a full house of guests and little ones! In each of the bedrooms is plenty of storage space for all your vacation essentials. There is a beautiful 3rd full bathroom with plenty of space for all guests in the home!
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, and the coffee maker is there to give you the caffeine boost…if you are are not enjoying one of the amazing local coffee shops like Fonville Press, or La Crema. And if you're not in the mood for cooking, fear not, because there are plenty of local restaurants to satisfy your cravings.
When you're not out exploring the area, the living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax. The smart TV will provide endless entertainment, and the complementary bathrobes and slippers will make you feel like you're at a spa. The outdoor eating area and patio are perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a meal, and the fenced-in backyard provides the perfect amount of privacy for all your outdoor activities.

HOUSE RULES


**IMPORTANT** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ & COMPLY WITH THESE RULES:


1. - SCAMMERS BEWARE: We take pictures before, during, and after EVERY cleaning, so we have photo evidence of a 5-star cleanliness standard. Any attempts to scam and get a refund with fake cleanliness issues will be proven wrong with photo evidence, and reported to airbnb immediately!


2. - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER, or guests allowed who are not listed on reservation. We have a ring camera on-site and are able to see if people outside of your group come to the house. This will result in IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

3. - Any damages of ANY kind or excessive messes/spills/stains are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. Failure to give notice prior to checkout will result in repair/cleaning costs +25%. We do not want to find out about issues on the day of our next guests arriving. Thank you for understanding.

4. - Absolutely NO pets. Not suitable for pets. Cleaners will inspect property after each stay, and an extra cleaning fee will be charged if ANY traces of animal presence is detected. Some of our guests suffer from extreme allergies, and we want to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

5. - We run on septic. PLEASE only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and resolve the issue.

6. - This is a NO shoes home. All shoes must be immediately removed upon entry of the home. There is a $10 fee per floor/carpet stain left in the house. Please understand that it takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

7. - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. There will be a $150 fee assessed if smoke odor is detected in the home by our cleaners after your stay.
8. - CHECK-IN IS AFTER 4PM. Self check-in with code sent via Airbnb welcome message :)
9. - CHECK-OUT BY 11AM. There will be a $75 late check-out fee with a late check-out without previous consent. We are able to note check-out times via our smart locks.
10. - NO MAILING PACKAGES TO THE HOME
11. - NO PETS OF ANY KIND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
12. - NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS
13. - Please respect the peace and presence of others in the community. There is a noise level ordinance placed by the county, and we do not want complaints. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and NO refund. Please respect this policy, as dealing with this issue is not enjoyable for anyone involved.

** FEES FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- STOLEN TOWELS: $10/TOWEL. Doesn't matter the size.
- STOLEN DISHWARE/SILVERWARE: $10/ITEM. We keep strict inventory.
- SMOKING IN THE HOME: $150
- LATE CHECK-OUT PAST 11AM (without consent): $75
- SHOE STAIN: $10/STAIN
- COFFEE/WINE STAIN: $50/PER STAIN
- Any additional damages to the home/furniture/furnishings/belongings are subject to review and charge to cover resolution & repair price.
