Every inch of this stunning property has been thoughtfully upgraded to ensure your utmost comfort - from the gleaming stainless steel appliances to the plush bedding - to create an environment that will leave you feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

Each bedroom features premium amenities such as goose down pillows and duvets, 100% cotton sheets, and blackout curtains.

With 1,438 sq ft of space, you'll have plenty of room to relax and unwind. Stay entertained with smart TVs, or gather around the decorative fireplace for cozy evenings. The elegant dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals and memorable conversations, too.

KITCHEN
Our sleek and modern kitchen is equipped withall new stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, fridge, oven, 5-burner stovetop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, blender, toaster, cooking basics, and complete sets of dishware & flatware.

GENERAL
Guests can enjoy the convenience of our single-story layout, which includes a private entrance, and free WIFI throughout the property. Additional amenities include central heat/AC, washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided, plenty of linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and essential supplies like trash bags and paper towels all included.

PARKING
You may park in our private garage, as well as in the driveway. Street parking is free and plentiful.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to everything shown in the photos and more. The home is accessed via smart lock, and the code will be sent through the booking platform on the morning of check-in.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Birdland is one of San Diego's most desired neighborhoods. Centrally located to all the best parts of San Diego, with easy access to freeways, shopping, dining, Downtown San Diego, and the airport make Birdland the perfect homebase for your next trip to San Diego.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please contact the hosts before booking stays longer than 30 days. The property has one exterior security camera, facing away from the home. While our first priority is ensuring our valued guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of our neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation:

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.

SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
