Condo Description: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Den/Office. Livingroom, open kitchen and a balcony with view of preserve. Botanical Place offers a welcoming club-house with Gym, Pool and Hot-tub. It is centrally located; close to Pickleball, Botanical Garden, Beer Brewery, Celebration Park with Tiki-Bar & Food-Trucks and many different restaurants to choose from. Naples famous white sandy beaches are 4.4 miles away, 5th Avenue South 3.1 Miles.

RENTAL INFORMATION: The HOA rental application takes ca. 30 days. Application Fee $150, Background-check per adult $75. These fees are not included in the VRBO reservation total.

Cosy Condo centrally located

I thoroughly enjoyed spending 8 weeks at this condo. The unit was cosy and had easy access to many prime locations in the area! The landlords were very responsive anytime that I had questions! I would rent again if renter's were allowed to have pets!
