This 1955 beauty lies amongst an old Pecan Orchard and has 150 year old oak trees as a canopy. On non-Summer days/nights, you might find yourself enjoying the beauty of this charming neighborhood from this front covered patio.
Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit and grill whatever you want on this nice deck. You could roast marshmallows for s'mores or cook your hot dogs over an open flame....all this while your meat of your choice is being cooked on the grill deck.
Super cozy living area that includes a sleeper sofa with upgraded queen mattress. (Not shown in photo) There is also a little bistro table for two with chairs. From this intimate setting. you can still easily view the main room tv.
Sleep in this completely refurbished bedroom with real wood floors and a comfy queen size bed with a pillow top mattress.

1955 Cottage under the historic League City oaks. This 1227 square foot home provides a great central location with lots of trees and wildlife, yet 5 minutes from Kemah Boardwalk, 5 minutes from Space Center Houston and 30 minutes to Galveston and downtown Houston. The backyard is great for entertaining and relaxing with a large jacuzzi and deck with firepit and smoker. Completely remodeled kitchen is large and outside patio with stamped concrete is a great place to sit and talk. Welcome !

Great Stay

Great place to stay. Very close to Kemah Boardwalk and NASA which we visited. The house was exactly how it was described. The hot tub was a nice plus because we were not looking for a place with one. We had a great time on our visit.

Old Town League City is a true gem. It is quiet and uniquely located for enjoyment of all of the local activities and landmarks. It is walkable, close to wedding venues, Space Center Houston and The Boardwalk. Great Wolf Lodge is 5 minutes away as well as Top Golf.

What makes this property unique

The 150+ year old trees and well-maintained jacuzzi. I have enclosed the backyard and have a nice deck with firepit.
