Lovely spot

The property was the perfect location for myself, my daughter and another mother daughter pair to stay. I liked that each parent had their own room with bathroom. Location to the main pool was excellent, just a five minute walk. The host Lisa was excellent at communicating and answered all of my questions very quickly. Overall, it was a great spot to stay.

Spectacularly clean & absolutely perfect for our group

What a jewel this place is. Our group of 5 girlfriends (ages 30-70) fit in this place perfectly. The condo was spectacularly clean and had everything we needed. Having our own small private pool at the condo was such a great added bonus and just what we needed after we left the clubhouse's crowded pool (we were there during Florida spring break week). Lisa (the owner) was super easy to work with and really made us feel like we could call/text her with questions (we couldn't initially find the beach towels...which when located were big and plentiful). All and all a great place to stay...conveniently located near Disney parks, and at a fraction of the cost of Disney accommodations. Stay here, it's perfect!

Great stay!

This property was amazing and clean. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They provided enough necessities for our 8 night stay and there were so many beach towels as well! The tubes and pool floats were nice too. Our kiddos really loved the complimentary waffle bar for the first day!! If you are a coffee drinker, the stocked coffee bar is great. A side from the nice home, the clubhouse with pool and little water park is fun for the kiddos, as well as a nice playground. I’d recommend staying here, especially with little kiddos!

Fabulous place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was incredibly quick at answering all questions and concerns and in a professional and friendly manner. We had 3 adults and 3 kids ages 5,7 and 9 and had plenty of space to be comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows and the softest blankets I’ve ever used. The decor is cute and inviting. The location at Windsor Hills was perfect for us. Close to all the theme parks and also not horribly far from both coasts which we visited both. It’s a gated community full of sweet staff and well maintained grounds. We used the pool several times and enjoyed how warm it was. The splash pad and water slides are COLD but that didn’t stop our kids. The location within the park was also perfect. A short walk to both the clubhouse and to the best playground. The house itself had everything you needed with some added bonus’. The kids loved the scavenger hunt and we made great use out of the waffle bar that was all ready to go. We don’t drink coffee but they had a nice little coffee bar. Some of the extras that were really appreciated were the huge beach towels, pool toys, toys in the kids room along with several books and the board games in the cabinets. I cannot say anything bad about our stay and we plan to book the same unit next year. The only thing I’d like to see added would be a grill but I’m not sure if that would be possible. There were grilling tools, just no grill.

Amazing stay !

Everything was exactly as presented. Homeowner was easy to contact and super quick with any of my questions! The place was spotless and although the weather was not perfect we took advantage of the heated pool!! Checkin was easy as it could be…Had to make a copy of tickets at the front office and they were also a pleasure to deal with. Never went to the clubhouse for any other reason because of a packed national dance competition so can’t comment on water park. The LOCATION WAS GREAT… close to everything needed! Thanks for an amazing trip

Phenomenal place!

My best friend and I stayed here with our kids for 2 days and it was wonderful! The house was very clean (which I am super picky about) and very comfortable. Once we arrived here, we didn’t leave. There is so much to do in the community for the kids and the private, heated pool was a very nice added bonus. Lisa messaged to make sure everything was working well and to let her know if we needed anything, which was very nice. We really loved this place so much and can’t wait to go back soon!

Felt Like Home

This house is by far the best we have stayed at while visiting Disney. Lisa made sure we didn’t need anything and made sure we were comfortable. The pool was always a great way to end the day after being at the parks. If I were to make a small suggestion I would keep a baby gate for the family with small ones the stairs a kinda steep (not a deal breaker by any means). Thank you Lisa for the wonderful stay we will certainly be back!!

Amazing Stay!

I booked this home last minute and so glad that I did. We absolutely loved everything about this home. The cleanness, the organization of everything, the scavenger hunt (that my toddler and teenager enjoyed) and the fast communication from Mrs. Lisa. We have stayed at multiple properties in Windsor hills and this one is by far the best one. We felt right at home! Mrs. Lisa provided us with everything we needed such as seasonings, cookware, toys, books etc., This will definitely be our only vacation home when in Florida.

Perfect Vacation Stay

We loved our stay here! It was very close to Disney, gated, and close to shopping and restaurants. Walmart for groceries is literally a mile away. The mattresses were amazing, I slept like a log, and there were ceiling fans in each bedroom The decor was simply beautiful. and there were lovely Disney touches throughout the condo. They've even placed silhouettes throughout the condo in a mini scavenger hunt. My BIG kids (17 and 21) loved it. The Keurig is nice (though we aren't coffee drinkers and the waffle bar is adorable. We didn't access the amenities like the water park etc. as we were on a quick timeline. Lisa was great and very responsive. I would 100% stay here again!!!!

Amazing!

Can’t really fault this place! House is beautiful and clean and modern and the pool is lovely little addition👍 upon entering the house you are welcomed with keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and milks and the waffle station with all ingredients needed for making your first breakfast! It was so useful for us given we arrived late and didn’t do any shopping beforehand😊 Lisa, the host is lovely and very responsive and gave us some good tips about the area before we arrived! The resort is 5 mins walk from the house and is amazing too and we spent lots of time in there in between visits to parks The pool is open from 8 to 10pm and has got lovely warm water Honestly couldn’t recommend this place more and if back to Florida will definitely choose it again 👍😊 thank you Lisa😊

Great location and home

This property was perfect for our family’s trip to Orlando. All of the bedrooms have blackout shades and ceiling fans which was great for getting a good night of sleep. The kitchen had perfect plates for our kids to use, and the waffle bar was such a fun touch to enjoy one morning during our stay. The community pool is awesome (kids loved the splash pad and water slides), and we also enjoyed using the pool on the property too. The double stroller was an incredible perk to be able to use to help our family get around while we were visiting. The only reason we are leaving a 4 star review is because the AC was broken the first night we arrived. This meant sleeping overnight in a 90 degree house. Lisa was extremely responsive and apologetic, and worked as quickly as she could to get it resolved. I believe this issue was outside of her control, but it did make the first night of our vacation more stressful than we would have hoped for.

Fantastic Home Away from Home!

Lisa's house was a fantastic place to stay. The house was easy to find and the location was perfect for going to Disney World. We loved that it was also so close to stores and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals. The house was immaculate and the check in process was really smooth thanks to good communication. Very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved relaxing at the resort pool and splash area on our extra day. Overall, a great place to stay, we would love to book with Lisa again! Thank you!
