The actual unit was adorable! It was decorated super cute and the location was great! But, upon arrival, I found the digital code wouldn't lock after bringing all of mine and my daughters luggage up 4 flights of stairs. She was anxious to get to the beach seeing how we did have much daylight left & I tried to contact the owner multiple times with no response. I figured it out myself after a 1/2 hr of digging for spare batteries because it was to dead to lock. He finally returned my message with an email at 1:30 in the morning with half a response. I also sent multiple pictures of extremely dirty shelves, doors, stuff dripping down from the bathroom walls, what looked like years of build up on the baseboards and exhaust fan in the bathroom. The entire place needs a major deep clean. There was even blood stains on the main quilt. I reported all of this to Expedia while in the process of it happening also & nothing was done. No wonder it stays disgusting. You allow people to rent through you but when there's a complaint, you tell them to contact the owner. Well when the owner does nothing about it because the place is up for sale, come to find out, then what? The renter (my daughter & I ) just have to deal with crappy service. Perfect thanks. Excellent job. That seems to work out well ... Nothing got solved but you all got you money & I paid for a cleaning service that never got done.
