Kailua Beach offers 3 miles of fine, soft white sand along a crescent shaped bay bordered by clear turquoise waters which have a consistent year round temperature of about 75 degrees F (25 C). The steady off shore trade winds, water temperature and protective reef make this bay a popular area for all sorts of water sports including Kayaking, Stand-Up Paddling, Surfing, Boogie Boarding, Swimming and Kite Surfing.

Phenomenal Vacation Spot

Firstly, the location was absolutely stunning. Beautiful sunrises most mornings, a 10 second walk down our path to a fantastic golden beach. An ocean that had very small breaking waves come ashore so the kids could safely place in the water. The house was just gorgeous. Super clean with and fully equipped with everything we needed, Bathrooms with big fluffy white towels and good showers. Bedrooms with crisp white sheets, and light duvets, very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of fans, vents, outdoor access to a balcony, with beautiful views. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. House opened up to a grassy area with chairs and beds to relax on, access to boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc. Again, amazing views and a beautiful open planned living areas with very comfortable seating. House opened up to the outside so breezes kept us cool every day. Quiet neighborhood and a drive of only 10 minute into town which had a Whole Foods and lots of other lovely stores. We had communication with the property manager on one small issue and she responded immediately. I would definitely book this listing again. We had a most wonderful week.

Kailua vacation

The house and beach access were just as it was advertised. Beautiful beach, house and yard! The home was very roomy and accommodated all the family needs. The yard provided lots of parking. We had full access to beach toys (kayak, paddle & boogie boards, snorkels, etc.). The kitchen had every gadget you could want or need. Each bathroom had 2 accesses, which can be challenging with 6 kids and minimal boundaries. I would definitely recommend this property.

Kailua spring break

Everything was wonderful. The house and beach access was everything I had hoped for, plenty of room for everyone. I would suggest that each bathroom have only one entry or all doors have locks. Other than that the house had every gadget needed for cooking and toys for all ages for the beach.

All about the beach

Great spot on Lanikai,it doesn't get much better. The house has plenty of rooms for large family or friends. That being said the house could use a little TLC. We had a great time.

Lanikai Heaven

We loved this property, the location is incredible, our grandkids were in the water everyday by 6.00am...25 yards from the back door...communication with the property management was easy and pleasant, one small issue was immediately resolved...all 11 of us would come back tomorrow!! Thank you, Taylor!
