Incredibly Dirty and property management not responsive

While the place was close to the beach and to restaurants and things, there were a lot of negatives. First the place was filthy—- our feet black from walking around on the floor, dirt and sand on the mattresses and toilet bowl ring, sticky countertops. Then I messaged the property management people immediately upon finding the place this way and no one got back to me. Called and left a message and no one returned my messages until after we already checked out and were at home. Really terrible management and not worth the price. You can find much nicer places with more responsive managers in the area.

Great Location for Boardwalk, Beach, & Family Fun

Very walkable to Boardwalk & ocean. Newly renovated and just right for a group of kids and 2 adults. Street parking was easy. Don’t forget your linens, towels and paper products!

Beach getaway

This was a perfect little house for our weekend getaway! The place was very clean and perfect for a family of four. My only suggestion would be to have another chair in the living room..couch is a bit small for everyone to fit. Also, maybe having some board games, cards etc. for those rainy days! Other than that we had a great stay!

Great location!

The location was perfect! Check in was inconvenient as we had to be at the place before 4 to get a piece of paper with rules even though it was a keypad, but couldn’t actually go into the apartment until 4. People were very responsive with any issues.

Absolutely amazing stay!

We can't say enough about how wow wonderful this property is! The decor has such a beach vibe and it's new and clean. We LOVED the house! And, our experience with the property managers was great. They communicate well and help if there are any issues. The location of this property is spot on! Far enough from the noise and close enough to the noise. :) We'll be back!

Would recommend.

Great stay. Only have one bathroom, list two. The area was quiet and the apartment was very clean. Wawa is just up the street.
