Carriage Haus in the heart of downtown Nevada City

Moonrise on Mill St.'s charming 1890's carriage house is situated 1/2 block off Broad St right in downtown.
You'll love the unique charm of this Mid-Century and Bohemian designed home that come together to create a peaceful space to enjoy some time away in the Sierra Foothills hiking or swimming in the Yuba.
Features a comfortable queen-size bed on the top floor with soft linens and plenty of pillows, as well as a spacious living room perfect for lounging and enjoying a book or a movie. Fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. There is a queen pull out on the 2nd floor (living room).
We are 1 block from the Miner's Foundry and two blocks from the National Hotel/Lola's.

A couple things to note:
-House does not come with a parking spot. Street parking only. 
-Pets are only allowed with prior consent from host. An agreement to pet rules and non-refundabl pet fee will be requested of you! Please mention you will be bringing a pet when you book with us.
-There is a $50/ night fee for any additional people over 4.
-House has two flights of stairs (see photos). Bathroom is on the bottom floor and bedroom is on the top floor.

Note: We have a 3 bedroom that sleeps 7 that is on the same property. Both units are great for wedding parties & friend & family get togethers!
