This will be my third home in Eastside/Newport heights area. By far this location is the best yet.

What makes this property unique
This location is said to be in the top 3 up and coming locations to live in Southern California. Every you need from the ocean to any type of food of your desired restaurant. This is truely one of a kind. I got very lucky
