A spacious living room furnished for comfort and two sun soaked balconies complete this vacation retreat.
This condominium includes a kitchen fully equipped with all small appliances, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils. The linen closet is fully stocked with bedding and includes a hair dryer. Palm Springs in April

A lovely upper level condo unit. Fully eqipped with everything you need. Very close to downtown Palm Springs, which is ideal. Pet friendly. Very responsive host.

Wonderful

Great place to stay with everything you need. We enjoyed the views, the quiet, the kitchen had awesome appliances (air fryer was a bonus) and the tv had all the channel we needed when we wanted to be inside. Just a lovely place - thank you for sharing it with others!

The property was lovely, with a magnificent view of the mountains. The unit was clean and and nicely decorated but not overdone. There were many nice touches by the owners, especially the "elephant count." The kitchen had every appliance and gadget known to mankind., The neighbors were friendly and we felt right at home. There's a hummingbird feeder, which I filled, and it got many visitors daily. The location is excellent....close to everything ( maybe 5 minutes ) but on a dead end so there is little noise. Perfect for us!

Perfect for me!

Property has been partially upgraded and the location was perfect. I so enjoyed being near my family for the holiday yet enjoying the peace on my balcony with my morning coffee! This condo was exactly what I wanted. The check in was easy and I will definitely rent again! Thank you!

Loved it!

This was a perfect place for our 3 week stay this November in Palm Springs. It is also the only place I can honestly say that I would rent again. The location was perfect for us. Near to stores and restaurants plus lots of walking options if you want to get your steps in. The unit is very spacious and has penalty of towels, sheets, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, really anything you may need Maureen has supplied. The view from the deck is awesome overlooking the pool and mountains, plus very much enjoyed the hummingbirds after we cleaned and filled the feeder. There are also several amazing heated saltwater pools throughout the complex which gave us lots of options for full sun or some shade. Beautiful View!

Wow! What a great place. Super comfortable couch and living room set up. Fantastic view of the mountains from all the rooms, but especially the lanai off the living room. Newly remodeled kitchen with all the appliances you could need. Super clean. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Maureen and Robin!

Relaxing, renovated property

Recently renovated kitchen & new floors. Has air fryer. Nice view of mountains & pool from balcony. This was our second stay & we hope to return. Host is very responsive & takes prompt action when there is a concern or problem

Palm Springs Family Get Together

Excellent location. Close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Condo was located just steps from the pool. Overall our stay was very good. However, there were a few minor things that detracted from s perfect stay. These are details that the property management company should have attended to. 1. Face cloths and kitchen towels: Didn't find the facial cloths until the 3rd day - we purchased some and left them in the unit. The kitchen towels needed to be replaced & there were only 2 dish cloths. 2. The gas BBQ propane tank was empty. We filled it. Also, only one side of the BBQ ignited. Again this was a maintenance issue - not the owner's fault. 3. Very few cleaning supplies. Only 1 dishwasher tab was included. We purchased more and left them for the next tenant. Only about 1/3 bottle of dishwashing liquid. Overall, the condo was wonderful and a great value. Other than the minor annoyance of the propane and supplies issues, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a condo in Palm Springs.

Palm Springs condo

Condo was nice for 3 people the division of bathrooms and bedrooms was good.. Comfortable living room, kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The barbecue would not light, appeared to be out of propane. Laundry was nice, someone had a pen at sometime that stained the dryer. It did not rub off on our clothes. Rug in the master bedroom needed to be cleaned. Lots of towels etc. Outdoor patio was nice and furniture comfortable. Pool was really clean grounds well kept.

condo was very nice.....great area....safe gated community.....well furnished little condo.....comfortable and quiet. every thing was clean except slightly out of sight areas such as legs of some furniture. needing dusted. my meticulous wife took care of that. bulbs kept blowing over dining table. we still loved it. thank you maureen for sharing your place with us.

Work Trip

I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling for business or a small family looking for a quiet, clean, and family friendly location close to everything. The grounds are very well kept and the condo has some of the best views of the mountain and just a short walk to the heated pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

A Desert Delight

You cannot ask for a nicer stay on every level. A concierge met me and walked me through the amenities of the condo. There was not a single issue with this gorgeous place. Well appointed, large rooms, up to date kitchen appliances, and a large pool (+ jacuzzi) steps from the front door. It is a quiet, gated community, so it felt quite safe. It is also walking distance to fast food, grocery store, and pharmacy. I didn't want to leave. I intend to stay here whenever I can get back to PS.

Family Christmas Vacation

My husband and I decided to take our four older children 17,17, 21 &25 to Palm Springs California for the Holidays. We are so glad we found this condo to stay for the week. The condo was beautiful and spacious for all of us. Very safe gated unit. We had a van to go for some day trips but we also walked to grocery store etc. The pool was very nice too. Comfort and Joy

The property (land) was beautifully landscaped and cared for. The condo location was excellent, with a large balcony overlooking the delightful, quiet pool, and the beautiful Palm Desert Mountains. Beds were so comfortable, and the condo is well decorated. We will certainly return to this property. Only suggestion is the kitchen cabinets are quite tired. From experience, I recognize that replacing them is an expensive project. Thank you for a delightful home for the three weeks we stayed in Palm Springs. You care about your renters, and were totally accessible.

Amazing place to stay!

This was a very special vacation for us as we brought my mom and dad for their first time in Palm Springs. The condo stay made us all feel perfectly at home! The rate was incredibly reasonable for all the amenities as well as its proximity to downtown Palm Springs! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Really felt comfy and at "home"

This is a beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable rental. It is on the 2nd story which we liked. An end unit with a view of one of many pools on one side and a view of the parking area on the other side. The kitchen was well stocked with the policy of use what's here but replace when gone. The master king bed was super comfortable with many pillows. The 2nd bedroom had two twin beds. The one we used was pretty soft but nothing to complain about. The home was very tastefully decorated and contained brochures and suggestions for day trips around the area. The period we stayed (late Sept.) at the condo was super quiet with very few guests so we had the run of the place and there are multiple pools you can use with the gate key the owner provides. The gate key actually allows you to enter other phases of the Mesquite Country Club if you are a walker. The condo is located just a few blocks from a Walgreens so if you need anything it's very close. The only thing that would have been helpful to us is to know that we did not need to have a parking pass placed on our car to use the lot. The instructions state to place the parking pass in the window of our car but there was no pass. But we called the owner and she explained it was not necessary. So it was no big deal at all. We are just worry warts! Loved the condo, the location was 5 minutes from the airport and the owner was helpful, friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend to others.
