One is a full/double on the bottom and a twin on top and the other is a twin on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably, which is the maximum occupancy allowance for this building. But the best part is the PRIME LOCATION. Your balcony overlooks Coconuts Beach Bar so you are steps to tons of fun! Coconuts is one of the few places in Ocean City where you can get served food and drinks on the beach! You are also within 10-12 blocks of tons of fun places including Seacrets, Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park, Barn 34, Shotti's Point, 45th St. Taphouse, Mini golf and lots more!
*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $139.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
