Welcome to our single-level home, ideally located near the Eagle-Meridian border with loads of shopping & dining. Your little ones can have a blast at the nearby community park just steps away. Enjoy cooking at home with the BBQ grill and fully stocked kitchen. Grab the bicycles or stroller and take a stroll along the Boise River Greenbelt, where you'll soak in stunning river views and scenic nature trails just minutes away. End your day in our incredibly cozy beds for a peaceful night's sleep.

We want you to enjoy your stay so we won't bother you on your vacation but we are available if you need us. We will communicate regarding any visits for lawn maintenance or if there are any other details you need to be aware of. We encourage you to reach out if there is something that would make your stay more comfortable and we will do our best to accommodate.

This newer community is an attractive, centrally located area with wide tree lined streets and lots of open spaces in a quiet and peaceful area. It boasts quick access to everything to enjoy all that the Treasure Valley has to offer.

Our home is equipped with a smartlock at the front door to allow for easy entry and security. Completely close the door and press the lock button to lock the door when leaving.


Living Space

• Large Screen Smart TV with all of the streaming options you can log into for hours of entertainment.

Kitchen
• Well stocked kitchen with everything you will need to enjoy cooking at home or just to hangout with light snacks and great conversation.
• Full set of pans, mixing bowls, trays, utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, and spices, all available for your use.
• Coffee! We have included a drip coffee maker with filters, plus a pour-over with coffee, cream and sugar provided.
• Dining room table with seating for 4 plus 3 bar stools at the counter for your comfort and convenience.
• Full size refrigerator, full oven, microwave and a tea-pot with provided teas to enjoy.
• Open to the living area so you can enjoy cooking and still be part of the conversation.

Primary Suite
• Beautiful king-size bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.
• Large nightstands with elegant lamps provide ample room for your items, reading materials and to plug in your phone.
• Full length mirror in the corner, a welcome addition while preparing for your day.
• The primary bath includes a shower, dual vanity, and a large walk-in closet with a dresser that doubles as a luggage stand.
• The Pack-n-Play and high chair are stored in primary closet with sheets if you need them.
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
• Makeup wipes, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, disposable razors, q-tips, and even individually wrapped toothbrushes provided in case you happened to forget something.

2nd Bedroom
• Beautifully decorated with a super comfortable queen bed, nightstand and lamp.
• Includes a closet with hangers for your clothing.

3rd Bedroom
• Such a cute bedroom that features 2 Twin XL beds with super high quality mattresses that are so incredibly comfortable.
• A closet is also included in this room for your use.

Patio/Backyard
• We have provided a couple of chairs on the back patio and a BBQ for your enjoyment.
• Wood burning (low smoke) Solo Stove fire pit is also available and such a nice addition on a cooler evening.
• We are continuing to add exterior amenities to elevate the experience you will have at our home and will update these as they occur.

Garage
• Check out the ping pong table for a fun game.
• 2 cruiser bikes that you can use to explore the area. We've added a basket to one of the bikes, great for packing around your extra items.
• You are welcome to park in the garage, the ping pong table folds out of the way to provide room.
• Please note: This area has a supply cabinet that is locked and not accessible, used to re-supply the home between stays.


• Exploring the neighborhood is easy with one of the provided beach cruisers.
• Parking is convenient with 2 spaces available in the driveway or in the garage and street parking in front at no additional cost.
