Fully remodeled in June 2023, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

This is the place to stay!

We started and ended each day sitting on the balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the surf and swaying palm trees. Other than an occasional passerby, the gorgeous seascape was ours alone in this uncrowded condo complex. The condo itself was very clean, quiet, and stocked with beach chairs and umbrella. The walk to restaurants and a grocery store took only a few short minutes. We couldn’t have found a more ideal unit if we tried!

This was exactly what we were looking for!!! The VIEW!!! Omg the best! The beach it’s right in front of your eyes !! The place is super clean, it’s a little too small for 4 guests but everything else was great! We enjoy our stay!! I recommend this place for a couple, additional guests is up to you! Thank you!

Peaceful

It was our first time in Maui and this was the perfect location for us. The bed was exactly what we liked and the condo was clean with beautiful views. We didn’t see any whales in our time watching but the sea turtles every evening/morning was a cool experience. We are already working on when we want to go back! Thank you Joe!

Absolutely Perfect

We were so impressed with this beautiful home away from home! It was so clean and refreshing yet cozy and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful! I loved sleeping with the sliding door open so I could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! It was fully stocked with so many things making it so convenient! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for my wife’s 50th birthday trip. Literally the first day we walked out back looked across from the patio with the ocean and saw whales jumping. The view was phenomenal. The room was perfect. Everything was awesome. The customer service was beyond reproach. This is definitely a five star vacation

Wonderful condo, especially if you enjoy magical daily sunsets over the ocean. Easy beach access. Furnishings are clean, up to date. Nice location in Kihei to local amenities, grocery, coffee shops. Hope to stay again in the future.

Anniversary Trip

Our first time in Hawaii and your property made it an enjoyable stay. It was nicely furnished and decorated, on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed walking the beach every day, seeing the green turtles lying in the sun and watching the sunsets.

Soul Rejuvenation

Really nicely laid out unit. Always a view of the waves! We enjoyed the beach and the grass before the beach and had fun playing shuffleboard on top of that. That one was a new one for us. Only negative isn't the owner's fault, but there is a rooster across the street who likes to let everyone know that it will be dawn in about 3 hours. Highly recommend for families and especially young kids. The water is very shallow for a very long way. Good house communication would not hesitate to recommend.

The view!!!

The lanai is the best part of the unit! Spectacular views of the sunsets and loads of whales. It’s quiet and relaxing. The unit has been nicely remodeled with everything we needed. Mahalo Nui!

Wonderful accommodations, close to food stores and eateries. Beautiful sunsets and occasional whale sightings. My wife is 5' tall and could have used a little kitchen step stool, but then, she had me. Aloha!

A wonderful stay at Hale Kai O Kihei

Excellent! The unit well is maintained and equipped. Everything is in great condition. The location is perfect - walkable to shops and dining. It is right on a beautiful beach, that was perfect for my morning swim. The views are unforgetable. We hope to return soon, and often. We did not need to contact the hosts because nothing went wrong, but we are very grateful that they provided such a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful place

The location was absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony looks like a postcard. The condo was beautifully appointed, very clean and updated, comfortable and the perfect size for two of us. Everything you need is there, including a hair dryer and clothes steamer. The location was between everything we wanted to do... A decent drive to the west end (Lahaina) and near Wailea. There's a lot of amenities nearby, too. Walking distance to a grocery store. For anyone concerned about the Lahaina fire destruction, there is still a lot of the island to see. Locals said they depend on tourism, and they want to have tourists there and need our support. Staying in a condo vs a resort is another way to support this community.

Awesome condo and location

I am originally from Maui and moved to Hilo, Hawaii a few years ago. I was visiting friends for the weekend and this was the perfect condo for me. It was all as described and much more. The location, views, serenity, and comfort were stellar. The remodel, furnishings, and decor are impressive. I will book again on my next visit to Maui.

Paradise in Kihei🌺

Beautiful and comfortable oceanfront condo with fabulous views. Just steps from the sand and lovely lawn with chaise lounges. Very private lanai and we loved eating meals there while listening to the waves crash and palm trees sway. Lovely remodel to unit and it is so bright, clean and welcoming. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful and perfect!!!

Property was gorgeous, finishes were great, it felt very high end and well designed. Location was ridiculous, walk around the building and you at are at the beach. Beach was so pretty and very family friendly ans you can walk so far out and still be waist deep. We absolutely loved everything about it and would not want to stay anywhere else when we come back. Thanks for the hospitality and thoughtfulness. if i could give it 6+ stars I would.
