The Freeman House is situated in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants/ coffee shops and entertainment. Close to Depot Park, UF, and Shands UF Health. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the front porch. Whether you are visiting for work, family or vacation, The Freeman House is a cozy and conveniently located home with a custom built kitchen and modern decor. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. Extra linens, pillows, blankets and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary items. Basic pantry items supplied, spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar.

Great home and location

My family had a wonderful stay here. The home is extremely clean and looks brand new. Plenty of space and full size kitchen. Very close to Depot Park - our girls loved the playground here and it was very well kept and newer (6 years old). Close proximity to downtown Gainesville and university of Florida - probably 3-5 minute drive max.

Excellent stay

Really cute house in a great location. Super clean and very homey. Was there for just one night and would easily stay there longer! Many special touches and beds super comfortable. Only recommendation would be to have one king bed...but no big deal!

Amazing Stay in a Cute House

Extremely clean and beautifully stocked home. Very welcoming hosts that thought of a variety of home comforts and treats to stock. It was a great location near Downtown and quiet neighborhood. My friend and I stayed to celebrate a birthday weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for and more. We are already looking and upcoming dates to rebook.

First Class Home

This house is so charming. Everything about it is beautiful. The location to town is convenient and on a quiet street. Very clean and updated. I hope to stay here again when in town. A+++

Great Place

Everything was super smooth for my fqmily and they loved the house. The location is great, near Depot park and the downtown area but a quiet side street. Nice touches in the house. It was very cozy a.d comfortable. Will rent again.
