Crown Point Cottage

Welcome to our cozy cottage on Reed Avenue in Pacific Beach! This cottage is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, Mission Bay and the beach. This is one of two 1-bedroom cottages next to one another. Book both homes and enjoy your vacation with family and friends in the communal area and have your own space where you can relax. The maximum guests permitted is 8 for both cottages, 4 in each.
The space
This quaint home has a front with a fire pit, grill, picnic table, lounge chairs. A great place to sit down to dinner with family and friends!

There is free parking on the street and usually never an issue. Each 1 bedroom cottage has a queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a large L-shaped couch and a queen-size air mattress in the bedroom closet to accommodate sleeping for up to a total of 4 people in the unit . The cottages have fully equipped kitchens and a dining table for entertaining by the living space with a large couch to fit the whole group! There is an A/C unit at this property and a heater.

There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!
Other things to note
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, and trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, extra pillows, extra sheets-for air mattress and hair dryer.

In addition, our property has a house manual located on the side of the refrigerator detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
3 night minimum required in the off season.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly. Please note: a pet fee of $150 for the first pet. Please send breed and pet description(s) for approval on your pet’s stay.

Easy Stay
We stayed for 10 days! The location and the apartment was great. The hosts were quick to communicate. The bed was too hard for our comfort level but overall a good stay.

Really wanted to love this
We really wanted to love this cottage after reading the listing, and all the reviews, but we ended up leaving two days early and moving to another place. From the time we found the listing and booked, to the time we received check-in information, the amenities information had changed. We booked based on the original listing. We also had to do some cleaning, which we didn’t expect to have to do. The communication with the host was very good but unfortunately that’s where it ended for us.

I’ve stayed at this cottage before and love the location. The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. I was able to walk to the bay, the ocean, and walk to Trader Joe’s. A couple of issues came up, but Carson was quick to respond and rectify the problem.

Great location and host
The host was very responsive and accommodating. We were able to walk to a great coffee place and the beach. The cottage is cozy, but we had plenty of room. Only recommendation would be to bring shampoo/conditioner for long hair. Overall, great experience!

Crown Point Cottage
Our stay over Labor Ssy weekend was great . The property is located 1 Mike from the beach; we drove and walked there on separate days . The neighborhood is great! Very quiet . Just a few blocks away was Garnet Street , where you could find any number of great eateries . High recommend Hoboken Pizza, and we got late night burgers at The Friendly Place. Carson was a great communicator as property manager . An overall great weekend !

Amazing, very cute, quiet and private parking!
We had a blast staying here! Gas range, window unit ac (perfect), refrigerator and microwave. Could use a toaster. Fire pit with chairs made evenings relaxing. 3 person hot tub (gets hot!) but we squeezed in a 4th person. Garage but we parked outside the garage doors. Quiet, not party central, but located close enough. 1 mile walk to beach and check out all the yards with their decorations! Boogie boards, 2 beach mats (sand falls through!), and washer/dryer w plenty of towels. 1 negative thing: we had to leave because our vacation was through. Lovely, lovely place.

We loved the cottage. It was a cute little cottage near the bay and not too far from the beach. The cottage was clean and homey. Carlson was hospitable and sent us a nice message with all the details of the cottage and was an overall great host.

Cute little cottage in PB
Lovely little place in PB. Had all the amenities I was looking for. Laundry was free, plenty of parking on the street and if you drive a compact car or little suv the garage is good to park in as well. Short walking distance to local eateries and a short drive to the beach or local attractions. Owners were easy to contact and very quick to respond. Ill definitely be staying again!
