The stress and strain of everyday life melts away the moment you walk into the living room, where you can swing in a vintage hanging bubble chair while listening to classic vinyl on the turntable. It's right off the kitchen which has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or blend a tropical cocktail. Each of the four bedrooms boasts exquisite furnishings, comfortable beds, and Smart TVs ready to Netflix and chill. There are two pristine bathrooms -- one with a tub, one with a shower. But if you're craving an outdoor shower, we've got one of those, too!

The wrap-around backyard redefines "outdoor living" ... with an extra-large pool, an outdoor cooking and dining area, a built-in fire pit, covered lounging space, cornhole game, and direct access to the dedicated game room that features a retro pool table and arcade. ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES

-No hot tub at this property
-Pool heating is offered at $95/day
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am, per Palm Springs city ordinance
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Home is not baby- or child-proof
-Up to 2 dogs (no cats) are allowed at a $150/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid
-Maximum Occupancy –8 people and 4 cars permitted
-Check in 3PM and check out 10AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
