Very Cozy Home,

Lovely place with lots of room and an airy feel, in a comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Roomy and accessible to stores & restaurants, with all the kitchen basics and privacy in the master suite as well. Will likely use this again when I visit family in Huntsville. Very clean and SOOO MUCH better than a hotel!

Perfect home away from home

We were in town to close on an investment property & visit family in Huntsville. It was no more than a 30 min drive to get to our destinations. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and situated within a subdivision. We had no issues during our stay. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but the silverware was sparse and could probably be replaced. While not a necessity, there wasn’t any shower gel, shampoo/conditioner in the showers. There were a few Amazon deliveries during our stay, and we brought the packages inside and placed it in the office. Our stay was pleasant and we would definitely book again.

Wonderful rental

Was in town for my grandsons birthday, it was absolutely beautifully decorated, i felt like i was home. And is very accessible to the city and also to my sons house. Will definitely want to stay again

Reservations got canceled and I wasn't told...

I arrived at the place and someone was already staying there. For some unknown reason my reservation was canceled and I wasn't told. Had to spend two hours looking for a place to stay.

Very clean, very nice area, host was very nice, everything in the pictures was accurate. And we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If we’re ever back in Huntsville this will be the first place we will hope is available!

Excellent place to stay

The house was very clean, nice washer and dryer. The neighborhood was very nice my elderly parents were able to go for walks in the morning. Very impressed with all of the kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes. The check in and out process was very easy. We had no problems at all staying at this property, hoping to be able to rent again the next time we are in Huntsville. I highly recommend this property!

Lovely Home

My husband and I were in town for our grandsons HS graduation. I'm very very paticular and have never given 10/10 rating until now. This house exceded all expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and provides a beautiful kitchen (including beutiful dishes to use!). I personally even loved the tasteful decor. We've stayed at many places over the years and I can confidently say this one is my all around favorite. Our two daughters live in the area and we look forward to staying here during future visits. Big thanks to the host for offering a great place to stay.

We were comfortable but a couple of things missing. Ice maker did not work and there were no ice trays. No regular coffee pot, no dish towels and no bath soap.

Cozy cottage is a hidden gem. Easy access to Huntsville and the Huntsville convention center. Very homey and comfortable. Everything you need to make her stay a great experience.

Great Place!

We came to the Conference USA basketball tournaments. This house was a great location and a quick easy way to the games along with some great restaurants along the way. The house was super clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and very quiet. The beds and pillows were awesome and more towels than you would ever need. We'll be looking to rent it next year too!
