Guests can feel home in this location with an amazing accomodation, guests can access a private backyard where they can enjoy outdoors living and bbq with an access to shared Inground swimming pool .( swimming pool opens in June closes on sept 15th)
The basement is not accessible unless it s asked for and approved . basement available for 13+ Guests
Other things to note
If You like the cleaning ,Tips is accepted For the lovely woman who takes care of cleaning and the guests comfort a 25$ and more are very appreciated .
N.B:(Basement consists of a family room equipped with a 65" TV , with 2 beds 1 qu and 1 Db and 1 sofabed included only woth 13 people reservation and up ) .
While renovation I installed sound proof between the room walls and in the ceilings to maintain privacy . this situation was improved 80% than before but remember it is not 100% , guests has to take this into consideration especially in the basement where is situated another bachelor apartement next to it .
