Enjoy your stay in this cozy townhome! This townhome is centrally located in East Pensacola, a short drive to vibrant downtown & beautiful Pensacola Beach!
A great place to unwind and relax after a busy day of work or play. Awake refreshed ready to explore historic Pensacola, parks & trails, festivals and farmer’s markets. Wonderful coffee shops, restaurants & shopping nearby.
This townhome has everything to make you feel at home-WiFi, comfy beds, & a well equipped kitchen.
Spacious and lots of natural sunlight make this town home perfect for a quick get away of work trip.
Full equipped kitchen. Plates,glasses, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances available for our guests to use.
The living area has a couch and a love seat. Dining table seats 4. Desk available for work or studying.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds.
Full bath upstairs with 2 vanity areas. Towels and linens for beds provided. 1/2 bathroom downstairs.
The backyard has a privacy fence. Charcoal grill and patio chairs.
Guests have full access to the town home and backyard.
Town home neighborhood. Practice your golf game at the golf range to the right of the neighborhood. Within walking distance.
Walk through the back gate and across the way past the recycling containers to the walking trails. Many locals walk here and bring their pups. Nice and peaceful wooded area.
Shopping centers/Cordova mall 10 minutes away.
Restaurants and eateries 10 minutes.
Sacred Heart Hospital 15 minutes.
Pensacola Airport 15 minutes.
Pensacola Beach 20-25 minutes depending on traffic.
Town home has a key less entry keypad. Please do not lock the bottom knob when exiting the property.
