Climb up a flight of stairs to reach the main living space featuring an open floor plan and breathtaking views of Vail Mountain. The living area is by far the ultimate gathering spot with a wood-burning fireplace for wintertime visitors, inviting sofa and chairs, and a huge smart TV with cable and streaming. The private balcony off the living area offers a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues and a nice seating area with unparalleled ski and mountain views. Back inside, you will find a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances and gorgeous wooden cabinets. Surprise your guests with delicious culinary masterpieces during your stay! On this level, you can find a second bedroom with gorgeous views of the mountains and tennis courts and a smart TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
