Waters Edge is one of the most desirable condominium properties on Okaloosa island.

Owner Managed. Enjoy Panoramic Oceanfront views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the emerald-green water & sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. From your beachfront private 5th floor balcony, you overlook the Gulf and two Gulf side private swimming pools, one of which is the largest on Okaloosa Island and the other is heated seasonally.

It is perfect for a quiet family getaway or vacationing with friends. It is pleasantly decorated and freshly painted with nine-foot ceilings and crown molding throughout. The master suit has a queen bed, 26" flat screen TV/DVD combo, ample closet space and a private bathroom. The two hall bunks have easy access to the full sized hallway bathroom. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

The Kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic cooktop stove. The new coffee pot is a dual regular coffee as well as Keurig. I provide Keurig coffee pods for your convenience. The spacious pub-style dining table has room for four and the granite topped breakfast bar provides additional seating. Fully stocked kitchen with new cookware and children friendly dishes as well.

The living room has a perfect view of the Gulf through its floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which lead to the large private balcony. There is a 30 " flat screen Roku TV/DVD combo in the living room with updated wifi. A sign next to the TV with a QR code for easy access to the updated WIFI. Full size front load Washer and dryer are in the unit for ease of washing those beach towels. Free Parking deck with covered parking and elevators make it easy to unload your car and groceries.

Located directly on the beach, 5 miles from Destin and 15 minutes away from Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). Free WiFi, free on-site fitness Center. Poolside grassy playground and BBQ area are beachfront. Easy access to restaurants, water parks, miniature golf, amusement parks, Air Force Museum, Shopping, movie theaters, fishing and water sports.

Our Condo has complimentary Beach Service with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for rental by the Beach Service attendants.

High chair and pack & play with a bassinet insert available upon request. Please notify me in advance to make sure it is in the unit when you check in.

Great trip! Condo was excellent and just the right size for my wife and I. Renee was great to work with and communicated well with us. The balcony overlooks the pool and has a direct view of the ocean. We really have no complaints and would definitely book from her again!

Great spot to enjoy the beach

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, easy to get to, and it's access to the beach is great. Communicating with the host was really easy and she provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Costal Condo

Our stay at Waters Edge was just what we were looking for. Comfort, easy access to beach and pool,and safe parking for our vehicle.The Owner, Renee, was very accommodating and did an excellent job in their remodel that provided a "Cozy Costal" experience on the Emerald Coast.We are already making plans to return next year.

Our stay at 515 Waters Edge, Fort Walton Beach, FL was excellent!!!!The Owner, Renee, did an excellent job in their remodel that provided a "Cozy Costal" experience on the Emerald Coast.My wife and I have been renting condos and home in South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia for the past 30years and our stay at 515 Waters Edge has been one our our most enjoyable experiences.We just got home and are making plans to return next Spring to the same condo.

A Break from Winter

The condo was exactly like the pictures, newly updated and beautiful. The view was amazing and weather was wonderful. We loved the slower pace for this time of the year. All the places we visited were very kind and helpful.Capt. Roy from the Hanna Marie dolphin tour was great! The Gulfarium was super close to condo. Destin History & Fishing museum was fabulous if you like to learn about history of fishing .The shells on the beach we not as plentiful as some places but still had a fun adventure searching everyday.Okaloosa Pier was fun to watch fishing occur. The condo was great for 2 adult wanting to get away from the snow and winter.Thanks for sharing it with others!

A few hiccups but owner was extremely accommodating

We had a few hiccups with our room—needed a good deep clean, old, wet clothes were left behind causing a foul smell and the refrigerator wasn’t working. That said, Renee was extremely responsive and came up with a solution immediately. She upgraded us to another condo in the building and was proactive in making sure the issues were resolved in the first condo. She took our concerns seriously and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. I would stay again at both condos and would recommend to others. We have stayed at the building a total of 4 times now and we’re always pleased with the features, especially the large pool.

Perfect family getaway

We enjoyed our stay and loved this condo! The communication to check in and out was excellent and we even got info on which restaurants to try! There were so many things to love; our kids loved the bunk beds and the beach (added bonus that a set of beach chairs and umbrella are included in your stay to use)!

Beautiful condo with a great location! We loved our stay at this condo! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great communication with the owners. Also had bath necessities which was very unexpected and coffee provided was so generous. Only complaint is that we personally did not find the master bed to be very comfortable. Overall great trip and great place to stay.
