About this property

Luxury apartment centrally located in Reykjavik

Our apartment building is newly built, centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood, only 3.5km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few meters from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city center.

Only few steps from our house we have green area where the kids can play, and a little bit further we have bigger playgrounds, where you can also play soccer and basketball. From our house we have very nice walking / bike paths that takes you into Elliðaárdalur / Fossvogur or into downtown Reykjavik or around whole Reykjavik if you like.

Outside we have nice patio with BBQ grill and outdoor sitting area.

Our apartment is on the ground floor. In the apartment we have two bathrooms, both with very nice shower. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, we have Nespresso Coffee machine and normal filter machine also. Next to the kitchen we have laundry room with new washing machine and dryer. The living room has nice sitting area, dining table for 8 guests. On the wall we have 85" Frame TV from Samsung, you can play Netflix and the other streaming apps. Everything in this apartment is top of the line.
We have 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has King Size bed ( 180x200 cm ), we can also add single ( 90x200 ), second bedroom has nice single bed ( 120x200 cm ) and the third bedroom has sleeping sofa.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 85 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.

Wonderful apt, excellent location and nicely furnished!

Our family of 4 (2 college kids) stayed here for four nights. It was wonderful. Comfortable beds, nice amenities and a great location. We would definitely stay here again!
