Great, well appointed condo with a pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are so many great things about this condo I don't have enough room to write them all. bedroom's all had their own bathrooms, big kitchen, dining table and living room, bonus is a private screened in pool. I won't stay anywhere else whenever we come down here. Very convenient location with a Walmart minutes away!

The property was ok- not super clean. Could use a good deep cleaning. Need seating by the little pool. We have stayed at Windsor hills before and love the neighborhood and close proximity to Disney!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental for the most part was very acceptable, however the clock in the kitchen on the wall was not working, the tv in the master bedroom had no volume, the bed in there was so high that we had to purchase a step stool to get into bed, and the living room furniture is not the most comfortable but we could make due. One of the biggest issue you should be looking at is the steps. The floor covering that is on the has buckled on every step making it a hazard when coming down stairs. Your toe catches on each and every step and those are steep stairs. We knew this rental was cheaper as it wasn’t as up to date as some places but I thought you should be aware of these few things.

Well what can i say the townhouse was what it said and more. We normally stay in a larger villa but honestly its alot bigger than expected. The location is fantastic so close to disney and the 192 area. The resort has everything you need. The main pool and xlubhouse is fantastic The

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at this resort before but this location was new to us. It was perfect. Right near the entrance and pool. You could walk to it or drive. The condo was well kept and perfect. The private pool was a nice touch. The resort pool was nice too. There’s a small store there too for a quick grab and the staff friendly. The resort is minutes from Shoprite and WaWa and a short easy drive to Disney Parks. Check in was fast and easy and ended up adding a day on easily. Loved our stay and will be coming back! The only con: condo needs more towels. We drive in and always pack our own too for extras but if you don’t…. You will be lacking extra towels.

Beautiful condo, easy drive to Disney parks

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved the private pool (and I loved that there’s an alarm on the door, to not worry about younger kids sneaking out to it). Temperature in the condo was perfect, comfortably cool despite temps of 95+ during the day. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels and linens provided. Full sized kitchen, appliances worked well, including washer and dryer. Nice to have tubs in the upstairs bathrooms. Cute Disney decor. Great location, easy drive to Disney parks each day (15 min average). Community was quiet, gated entry was easy and nice to be secure. Community pool and water slides were fun during our time off from parks. Would highly recommend and would stay at this unit again!

Great family Disney vacation home

We had a wonderful stay of just about two weeks in December/over Christmas! There were 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant and the place was so spacious and perfect for us. It was a 2-5 minute drive from a massive Walmart and 5-10 min drive from a target/publix (depending on lights/traffic). Disney exit was one exit away. With traffic about a 15-18 min drive. However, animal kingdom, if you take the back way, was about 10 mins. So A for location. The place was clean, but lived in and we felt comfortable with having kids there be kids, which was really nice. Bathrooms were very clean. We did have a few ants around pool, living room and a couple areas, but a quick spray of raid and a few ant traps did the trick. And completely gone. To be expected in the warmer environment and an easy fix. Also there’s a switch on the main floor bedroom that impacts internet. So make sure to not use that switch and then it works perfectly! Easy check-in and responsive property manager who was willing to help and answer questions and clarify these things. The community itself felt safe and clean. The main pool area was stunning and great for kids. Fun free activities planned daily, an arcade (a bit pricy) and splash pad with slides. It was very pretty! A beautiful 5 min walk from the townhouse. The playground was 5 mins in the other direction and the pics don’t do it justice. It was a gorgeous castle playground! Friendly staff and beautiful spot overall. We’d come back and recommend !! Thank you!

Terrible Communication- okay Property

We had and are continuing to have a very difficult time reaching the owner. The poor response rate started before we arrived and the owner was taking a week to respond to questions regarding pool heat. When we arrived, the home was decent but we had to sweep the floors as you can see they were dirty with just a “top cleaning” to make it appear clean. The amount of dirt we collected after a quick sweeping was astounding. The pool was not heated as we paid for and we had to reach out to the owner several times and even had to contact VRBO to get in touch with the owner. We were told that we would be refunded the pool heat on our last day since he said it was broken. We are now 2 weeks post trip and have not received any receipt of the refund posted or processing even with a half dozen messages attempting to get any info from the owner. We are about to file a transaction dispute with our bank. The resort amenities were nice but the hassle we have experienced with this owner is not worth it. The location and proximity to Disney was great but this is By far the worst owner experience we have ever had with many years of travel.

7666 south facing pool Windsor Hills End

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean. There was damage to the outside screen when we arrived so I let management know and it was taken care of very quickly. The bed in the primary was ok but, in my opinion, the mattress on the main floor should be changed. I personally have back issues and would not have been able to have slept on it. Otherwise, all was great!!!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 7666 sir Kaufmann, we have been staying at Windsor Hills for our winter break vacation since 2016 and since our last host sold we decided to try Vacation Central Florida. From booking to final check out this was the best experience we’ve had. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the town home was everything plus more than we expected. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We will be definitely booking again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an issue with the air. Was offered the option to change to another townhome almost instantly. Air started working 30 min later, so we decided to stay. Air was completely fixed the next morning. Air is set to 74 or 75. Owner has to fix that for you if you need it cooler like we did. The couches are quite small. I’m only 5’2 115 lbs, and I felt like I was sitting in youth furniture. The owner was very responsive, which made up for any small issue we had. Great location.
