Winding county roads lead you to this secluded property. The nearest neighbor would be 1,000+ yards away. The property sits on 30 private acres.

PLEASE NOTE: The secluded nature of this home lends itself to small field mice from time to time. We set humane mouse traps throughout the home so that they can be safely released back into the wild if/when caught.

Just a friendly reminder to all our guests: This home sits in the desert and mountains. You may indeed experience nature. Do not be alarmed if you see snakes, scorpions, bobcats, coyotes, mice, and bugs. Do not leave any pets unattended, even in the fenced backyard.

If you see a mouse in the house, set him free via our humane traps. Please remember that the home is in nature's habitat.

Spectacular view in the foothills
This property was very secluded and comfortable, with incredible views. The house sits at the top of a hill and has 360 degree views. People who love privacy, astronomy, and birds would find this property amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio. The location was well suited for visiting landmarks, towns, and birding areas of southern Arizona. The house had every necessity and was very comfortable. We would definitely return!

Great getaway
We had a great time at this property, we enjoyed the fireplace each night, the city lights of Nogales, and the solitude. The house was in a great spot to visit Patagonia Lake SP and do some bird watching in the Patagonia area. We hope to visit this property again.

Spectacular Arizona desert privacy
This was either someone’s lovingly crafted private home or special second home. Tons of special touches throughout the home. Sunrise through a wall of windows in the master bedroom and sunsets on the back porch. Access description in the listing is accurate. The last 3 miles is a private maintained wide dirt and rock road that any vehicle with good suspension can navigate. This property was exceptionally comfortable and I would rent again.

Amazing Stay with Incredible Views!
Our first impression was WOW! This home is not only close to our family but also conveniently located near our favorite tourist spots in Patagonia and Tubac. Waking up to watch the sunrise over the mountains was breathtaking, and we loved ending our days with nightly cocktail hours under the stars. Yes, it was chilly at times, but the view was unbeatable. The home itself is warm and welcoming, and the indoor fireplace made it even cozier. We’ll absolutely stay here again when we’re in the area—seriously, you can’t beat it! Just a heads-up: be sure to take the entrance road recommended by the property owner. If you follow Google Maps, it may route from Rio Rico access roads, which is better suited for those experienced with dirt and mountain roads. We loved everything about this location, the home, and the quick, responsive communication from the property manager. Highly recommend!

Todd was an outstanding host. He responded quickly to a small rodent issue, expected in the location of the home. We would return again. Absolutely loved the location and privacy!
