Welcome to Crown Point/Sail Bay: a safe, peaceful, and breezy sanctuary in the Pacific Beach neighborhood!

This is a spacious, bright, modern, and airy three-story home in a quiet and tranquil area of this beach community.

Best of all, it is a 5 minutes walk to the white sands/boardwalk of Sail Bay at Fanuel Park. As you walk along Sail Bay, you can catch a bite/refreshments at the Catamaran Resort and cross over to the beach boardwalk for ocean waves and salty sea air within 12 minutes walk. Water toys provided (boogie boards, large rafts). 
For beach explorers, Bird Rock, Windansea and the La Jolla Cove is a bike ride away or a short drive away.

The home is also a 7-10 minute walk from bars/restaurants/coffee shops. Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, and markets are also in the neighborhood (a 10-15 walk or 5 min drive)

Families and couples welcome: 

Our 3 story townhome is bright with ample west, east, and south facing window and airy with ocean breezes. There is 1688 sqft of living space, multiple private outdoor balconies, and ocean views. Additionally, there is an attached 2 car covered garage for you to safely park your vehicles, as well as safe and private entry into the house straight from your car. No need to search for street parking or beach parking!

There are 3 spacious bedrooms (each with with a Cal King or King bed) and 3 full bathrooms. There are 3 step out balconies: one with a direct ocean view! We also provide a queen sized Aerobed air mattress if needed.

We also have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys for your children. A portable crib for young babies is also available if needed! It’s the perfect size for 6-8 adults and can accommodate young children as well. 

The whole home has high speed Wi-Fi and routers with seamless streaming and zooming for guests who need to "work from vacation" during their stay.

Entire home is equipped with central A/C and heat in case the usually perfect San Diego weather goes above or below it’s norm :)

Our Space
Entry:
You can enter into the house via the attached garage after parking your car. After you settle in, and want to take a stroll to the coffee shop or beach/bay, you can exit and enter through the front door to our private gate, which is safely secured by a gate code.

Garage:
Spacious 2 car garage attached to the home: Parking is a seamless with a safe place to park your vehicles, as well as safe private entry to enter into the home. No need to drag your luggage or carry your belongings from outdoor or detached garage parking! Also comes in handy if you have groceries or supplies to bring into the home. 

Foyer:
Tiled flooring and stylish wood paneled wall leads you to a short set of stairs that leads to the 2nd Floor of the home.

Living Spaces: 
Open and spacious layout ideal for hanging out, relaxing, and eating. Beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings create a modern and inviting space. Balcony and several windows allow for ample natural lighting and ocean cross breezes circulating throughout the home.

Kitchen:
Gather around the beautiful quartz kitchen island to snack and socialize. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, stainless steel appliances: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, eating utensils, flatware, glassware, etc. There is a pantry for extra storage.

Living room:
Modern mid-century furniture and plenty of seating room. There is a gas fireplace to create a cozy ambiance during the cooler months in San Diego (it doesn’t happen often, but it happens!). A sliding patio door to a private balcony to step out for fresh air, or to leave open for ocean breeze cross winds is there for use. 

The house also has available a modern High Efficiency Washer/Dryer located on the 3rd Floor

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Primary/Master Bedroom:
Gorgeous, bright, and luxurious with large windows and private balcony with a Cal-King Casper Mattress for comfortable night of sleep or naps. The tranquil private balcony has a comfy love seat and table with direct ocean views, a beautiful indoor/outdoor transition between bedroom and balcony. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail to watch the sun set over the ocean horizon in this outdoor space. Modern chest and drawer sets for clothing storage, and a walk in-closet for luggage storage and hanging space for clothing. Room has television and Amazon Fire Stick for streaming (guests must provide own subscriptions)
Primary/Master Bathroom:
Beautiful en-suite spacious bathroom with dual sinks, ample counter space, storage space, a glass walled tiled shower, and complete with a modern and luxurious soaking bathtub.

Bedroom 2:
Spacious and bright with a large east facing window exposing beautiful views of the distant mountains in east San Diego. Comfortable Cal-King Casper Mattress for a pleasant night’s sleep. Walk-In Closet for luggage storage and hanging clothes. Room has television and Amazon Fire Stick for streaming (guests must provide own subscriptions).
Bathroom 2:
En-suite bathroom to Bedroom 2, bathtub/shower combination, ample counter space 

Bedroom 3:
An inviting bedroom with a King sized bed, modern furniture, and a workspace complete with desk and desk chair for guests who need to work from “home” during their stay. An additional sliding patio door that leads to cozy private step out balcony for a breath of fresh air or to leave open for coastal breezes. Walk-in closet for luggage storage and hanging up clothing. Room has television and Amazon Fire Stick for streaming (guests must provide own subscriptions)
Bathroom 3: Located adjacent to the bedroom: A clean, modern bathroom with ample counter quartz space, storage for toiletries, and modern tiled glass walled shower.

Guest access
Guests must follow our no-party policy and adhere to quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside. No loud music indoors to where our neighbors could be disturbed. Our goal is to provide a pleasant stay for you as well as avoid any disruptions to our neighbors, who are our friends. 

Early check in and/or late check out could be possible for an extra fee. Please message the us if you need one or both options and we will check availability to try to accommodate.
