We put a lot of thought into this Cottage to create a modern yet relaxing setting to unwind from your busy world. From here, you can enjoy the quiet of the woods and be close to the beach. The Cottage is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood located 5 minutes from the coast and 10 minutes drive to central Gualala.

The Cottage has lots of natural light, tastefully decorated rooms, a cozy fireplace, and a large deck for enjoying the calm and serenity of the redwoods.

Other things to note
- An additional 11 percent Mendocino county tax will be charged automatically.

- Cell reception in some parts of the coast can be spotty, regardless of which carrier you have. Please take this into account when planning your trip.

- PETS! Yes, we are a pet-friendly house. One well-behaved dog is allowed per stay. Your dog must be fully housebroken. Dogs that need pee pads are not permitted. Please tell us about your pet, including breed and size, prior to your arrival.

A pet fee of $50 per stay plus applicable taxes, is due upon booking.

If there is excessive dog hair, dirt, and/or sand tracked into the Cottage, or other needed clean-up, guests will be assessed an additional cleaning fee. We'll send you a full list of pet house rules and ask that you agree to the rules before booking.

- The Cottage is on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet and do not pour grease down the kitchen sink.

- With advanced notice and additional fees, we can provide services such as grocery shopping, meal prep, and catering. We can also help with activity or restaurant reservations. Please contact us for more information.

- If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

- I had a fantastic stay at the cottage. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and felt very private. I enjoyed having breakfast out in the private deck, listening to acorn woodpeckers and enjoying the morning sun peeking through. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to from highway 1. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped (Tupperware, cheese grater, toaster, utensils etc.) and has a lovely window as well. Master bed was incredibly comfortable and luxuriously plush.
