About this property

Rustic Lakefront Cabin with private double-deck dock, slide, hot tub, more!

New: Effective October 2024, we are no longer managed by Vacasa. If you previously booked with us under their management, we'd love to have you back! See a special following this description.

Nestled back on a quite cove behind Flat Hollow Marina, Shore to Please Cabin offers the perfect spot to unwind and live your best lake life! Perfect for outdoor lovers, adventurers, and those looking to reconnect with nature, this charming cabin offers access to a myriad of outdoor recreation opportunities.

With families in mind, Shore to Please Cabin offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a focus on family suites. And while not ADA compliant, it does provide no-step access from the driveway to the main floor.

The main floor hosts the master bedroom suite with a king bed and private bath. The kitchen, dining and great room, and a hall half bath are also on the main floor.

Go up a floor and find two family suites, both with queen beds and their own vanities. A Jack-and-Jill bath sits between the two rooms. Family suite one also offers a set of twin bunk beds sleeping a total of 4, while family suite two provides access up to the fifth bedroom, or the "Crow's Nest", with a full bed sleeping a total of 4.

The lower level hosts the third family suite, with a queen bed, full bunk beds, and an adjoining full bath, sleeping a total of 6. This level also features a second family room complete with a full-size arcade console, a second refrigerator, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Outside you'll find two decks to enjoy. The upper deck off the Great Room provides a hard-lined gas grill - so no need to worry about swapping tanks! You'll find different seating options and a 6-person outdoor dining table with umbrella. The lower deck off the family room offers a firepit table with comfortable seating and a porch swing for those relaxing afternoons. The lower deck can also be used on those rainy days as it's protected from above by a new rain gutter system! Both decks offer atmosphere lighting for night use.

So, what can you do once you arrive?

Enjoy fishing, swimming, and sunbathing from our brand-new private double-deck dock! Just arrived in 2023, the dock is equipped with a swim deck, one 10' x 24' covered slip, room for a second boat, and two jet ski ports on the water level. Up above, you'll enjoy a sundeck with lounge chairs and water slide!

If you don't have your own boat - explore the lake by renting a boat or a couple of jet skis from Flat Hollow Marina, just half a mile away. While there check out the full-service marina and restaurant at one of the best marinas on the lake! The Twisted Pickle has a great menu and many ice-cold beers on tap to enjoy inside, or out on one of best outdoor patios on the lake!

Looking for things to do off the water? Play golf at the nearby Greens at Deerfield, visit historic Cumberland Gap National Park, stop by the visitor's center at Norris Dam, or visit the Hatfield Knob Elk Viewing Tower. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are only about 90 minutes away. Mugs Ice Cream in LaFollette is a must on those hot summer days, and a great treat for the kids and grown-ups alike!

When you're ready to unwind for the day, head back to your cabin where a private lake-view hot tub is calling your name! Experience the best of indoor and outdoor living. Find yourself effortlessly moving between spaces and enjoying the fresh Tennessee air while doing so.

Take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards. They're free to use and stored on the landing near the wood-burning fire pit. Want to engage in a competitive game of cornhole? There is plenty of room on the landing to set up and play!

Back inside, you'll find conveniences like free WiFi, 5 smart TVs, a gas fire table on the lower deck and a gas fireplace in the great room (in season). You'll also find a brand-new double oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as many other amenities in our well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen provides all the necessary appliances you need to whip up delicious dinners, with place settings for 16+ guests.

The home also a dual-zoned central air conditioning you can set to your liking. One unit controls the main and lower floors, and the other controls the upstairs bedrooms and the loft. It's already programmed for your comfort; however, you may override the settings to your personal preferences.

After dinner or rainy days are times for some indoor fun. You'll find a nice selection of board games, puzzles, books and magazines for your pleasure. All 5 smart TVs have Roku with access to Hulu Plus Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN/ESPN+. Have your own account like Netflix or Apple TV? Feel free to login to your accounts. Want some old school fun? A Cozy Dream

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shore to Please! The owners were readily available, helpful, and courteous. We were completely satisfied with our time, because this place checked all the boxes. It was clean and had plenty to offer which was great because we unfortunately got hit by a cold front. The amenities were plentiful and even kept my 5 young kids occupied and happy. You won't be disappointed when you book here! We will forever remember it as a special time for us because we went to specifically celebrate Thanksgiving with my parents whom we had not seen in a long time. We'd love to come back when it's warmer to enjoy the kayaking and fire pit! 5 stars!

Wonderful family memories!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in and just make memories look no more this is the place! After serious health conditions with my grandparents they are unable to do a lot of traveling. With our family spread between 3 states we wanted a place large enough to accommodate so we could just enjoy each others company! From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out our time was amazing. Such a beautiful property with a little bit for everyone! The kids enjoyed the game console while the adults looked on through the glass door but enjoying the cool temperatures and warm fire box. Pawpaw made some memories with his girls on the dock trying their hand at some TN fishing. 3 generations even got to enjoy some time relaxing in the hot tub! Cooking was easy and accommodating for all 12 of us! Christmas was the theme and the smiths had the place beautifully decorated! A good time was had by all! We will definitely be back

We first visited the area in 2020 during COVID. We needed to find a place to have a family vacation and we chose Norris Lake. We fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to go back. After our third trip down in 18 months, we decided to look for a place of our own. There were three must-haves on the list.... it had to be a cabin that was big enough for the extended family (not a house), it had to be on the water, and it had to have the option for a private dock. This ticked all three boxes and a few months later, our dream to own a lake house came true!

Why they chose this property

After looking at most of the areas on the north side of the lake, we decided on the Flat Hollow area because it was a bit quieter than other areas on the lake. We love the quiet, no-wake cove where the kids and grandkids can all hang out and swim, and we love our Flat Hollow Marina; the best on the lake as far as we are concerned!

What makes this property unique

Shore to Please offers the only double-deck dock and water slide on our side of the cove. We've recently added the rain gutter system so that the lower deck can be enjoyed even if it rains. We offer kayaks and paddle boards free of charge, as well as life jackets to keep everyone safe! And we're on a quite, no-wake cove, but still close enough to all the action. Our kitchen is very well stocked, and has repeatedly received rave reviews from our guests.
