This amazing townhome is located in the prestigious section of Egret Run in Barefoot Resort. It features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and overlooks the pond with fountain for an amazing view. It has been renovated in 2023-4 with new flooring, fresh paint, and brand new furniture. The master bedroom features a King size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom features 2 Queen beds and also has a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom features 2 single beds. There is a loft area with a desk for working as needed. The entryway features vaulted ceilings and leads to the living area, kitchen and half bath. The enclosed screened-in patio is larger than most and overlooks the pond with fountain. Linens and towels are included with your stay
