Both bedrooms include 1 queen bed. Pull out couch in living room adds 2 more sleeping spaces.

WIFI available. No live t.v., however we have included a smart t.v., so don't forget your Netflix or Hulu login info.
Firepit and charcoal grill.
Firewood and charcoal not included.
