A 3Bedroom Condo overlooking Banderas Bay and the city of Puerto Vallarta. With easy access to the beach with a trolly on the property you can jump into the ocean or grab a kayak or paddleboard and head out to Los Arcos (the best spot for snorkeling and diving in the bay). Free parking under the building or with the valet as well as free wifi for anyone living and working in the area. A large terrace has a hot tub and jacuzzi as well as an oversized hammock to enjoy the view and your company. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are private chefs on staff available if you have a special occasion or prefer to spend the night in. If you would like to wander outside Tierra Luna is walking distance and there are restaurants on the resort that you can enjoy as well. 24/7 room service is available and there is also a washer and dryer for those who pack less or want to stay longer. The gym and spa at hotel Mousai next door is yours to use and indulge in.

Why they chose this property
This Banderas Bay area is the only swimmable beach in Puerto Vallarta and has the bluest water. It is close to Boca to take the ferry to Yelapa, the Botanical Gardens, Zoo, and the ziplining and canyons. The jungle and ocean views are the cherry on top along with all of the amenities on property as well as the ones walking distance away. There are waterfalls to hike to, paddleboards and kayaks to use and just mins away from downtown Puerto Vallarta. It is the serene quiet away from the chaos and the Beverly hills of Puerto Vallarta.
