I grew up in Wisconsin and have fallen in love with the City of Milwaukee. I love being a hostess to this unique city that I have called home since 2010. I met my husband here in 2012 and still live downtown. We enjoy the ease of walking around downtown with its mix of architecture ranging from historic buildings to super modern designs. Located on Lake Michigan, Milwaukee continues to offer us many things to do all times of the year. We love the influx of new restaurants, bars, shops, breweries and events! Brewers Hill/Halyard Park in Milwaukee is a historic neighborhood that is just north of Down Town Milwaukee. It is mainly residential with several coffee shops, bars, restaurants, breweries as well as Deer District are walking distance.

There are 3 bedrooms. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and one bedroom has 2 sets of twin beds that stack on each other for you to arrange how you see fit. These can be left in one room or moved around the house as well. There is also 3 sofa sleepers that each have a 2” memory foam mattress topper and full bedding that pull out to a full size bed! An open kitchen concept with a massive 8ft quartz island. The kitchen stocked with chef's knives, Calphalon pots and pans, and a Keurig. The dinning room counter height table can expand to 9ft. You can find a LG washer and Dryer on the main level for your convenience. The Living room has two large L-couches that pull out in front of a 60"inch tv equipped with Roku guest mode for you to be able to login into all of your streaming platforms while using our free fiber internet WiFi. Our attached garage offers guest 2 parking spaces along with a long driveway that can hold 4 vehicles if needed. This is extremely rare to down town Milwaukee. Finally, enjoy the relaxing 8 person hot tub that is just steps away from the back door which can be enjoyed all year around. The large back yard and patio is a great way to enjoy the outdoors which is also a rare find to downtown Milwaukee. It is a great space for multiple backyard games and entertaining!
