This unit comes with many new upgrades, granite counters, upgrades in kitchen cabinets, New hardware ,new floors, brand newly painted, and more....

King bed in the master with bunks in the hall and a sofa sleeper which comfortably sleeps six.
Near all attractions, and grocery stores including Fresh Market , Whole foods and Publix.
Stroll to the cafe across the street (Camilles) for music and coffee and breakfast in the morning.. In the evening there is a fantastic seafood restaurant upstairs.. Walk to the west and there to eat is the Henderson Park Inn Restaurant.. Looking over the gulf this is the spot for a romantic dinner..

Shop till you drop at Silver Sands outlets which is a 10 min drive down the street..
Deep sea fishing and water sports is a five min drive away
