House Layout:
Main Floor- Traditional dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, living room with 65" Roku Smart TV and electric fireplace, full bathroom with hallway access, and two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. An open-air deck with a sitting area can be accessed from the living room.
Upper-Level Loft- Primary bedroom with king-size bed, 65" Roku Smart TV, electric fireplace, desk, and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two vanities.
Lower Level- Game room with foosball, air hockey, miniature pool table, oversized sectional, 65" Roku Smart TV, full bathroom (walk-in shower) with hallway access, and two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Both lower-level bedrooms have a desk and are connected by a door. A patio with a bistro table can be accessed from the lower-level game room.
Please note: This home is pet friendly with an additional fee. The maximum weight allowed for dogs is 40 lbs. There is an exterior security camera at the main entrance.
