Magnolia House

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and Jen and Matt had so many little, nice touches that made everything perfect! Jen quickly responded to any messages we sent her. The yard was large and fenced, so our dogs were safe.We would definitely stay here again, if our travels take us to Tulsa!

Great stay!

We loved our stay! The property was very clean and well organized. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to food and activities. It was the perfect location to visit our son at TU. It was convenient for him to come by between and after classes to hang out with the family.

Cheer Comp

We were in town for a cheer comp, it was perfectly located minutes (walking if it wasn't snowy) away from the venue. the "kids" bedroom was great they enjoyed the games and hanging out in the downtime! We had everything we could of needed. I do wish there was a shovel as it was snowy/icy on arrival and drive/walk wasn't shoveled well, Saturday it warmed up so we would have loved to push the slush off the walking areas but didn't have a way to do that and next morning for departure was a bit of a skating party. We are Midwesterners ourselves so not a huge deal just an addition that would be fabulous in the winter months! Overall it was perfect and we would stay again if we are back in the area! Jen is very easy to get a hold of and communicates well if there is a need or questions.

Clean & Cozy!

We stayed here for a girl's weekend and loved it to pieces! It was very clean, well stocked, smartly decorated, and perfectly done for a vacation rental. We loved the hot tub and the open backyard. We loved that the space hosted 5 adults comfortably. Please note that one of the bedrooms only has access by going through another bedroom. We were totally comfortable with that bc we were family and didn't mind leaving the door open in the night so that the back bedroom guests could have access to the bathroom at night. We loved this house, its location, the host, and hope to stay there again in the future!

Girlfriends weekend!

We had a terrific time at this VRBO. The house was so comfortable and cozy. Plenty of room for the 4 of us! The hot tube was fabulous. Very clean and plent of towels and extras! One of the best places we have stayed. Thank you, Matt and Jen

Treated like family!

Jennifer and her family are simply amazing. This property and every single detail made us feel like we were visiting family. From detailed recommendations of Tulsa to last minute items we might need... the decor, the house and everything included was absolutely perfect. I can't think of a single thing that they could do to make this property better. If you ever find yourself needing a place close to the Expo this couldn't be more perfect.

Best VRBO stay ever!

We've stayed at lots of rentals & this one was by far the best! It was perfectly set up for our family vacation with comfortable beds, fenced back yard, well-stocked house, quiet neighborhood, carport during stormy weather & tvs in every room. The owners were very responsive & accomodating. We will put this tops on our list to stay again the next time we stay in Tulsa.

Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved staying at this house! We were in town for an event at the Expo Center across the street and it was a perfect location. Super clean, great amenities, and the host was incredibly helpful. We travel to Tulsa from OKC fairly often and will definitely stay here again!

Best Staycation

This property was perfect for our staycation! It was clean, decorated beautifully, had so much charm, all the amenities we could think of. Location was great. The home is lovely! Great for families of all sorts .

We love the Midtown Tulsa area because of its beautiful established trees and homes as well as all the many things to do and unique places to eat. Plus this house is practically located AT the Tulsa Expo!

What makes this property unique

This house is old but you'd never know it from the inside because it has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The hot tub out on the beautiful big deck makes our property extra special.
